Galaxy Moving & Mobile Storage

To whom it may concern: My name is Shirley [last name removed--Ed]. I have lived in West Vancouver all my life and have seen many many moves. I have to say Galaxy Mobile Storage are the absolute best. It started when I first contacted Brent for a quote He came over the same day and gave me an estimate for my move into storage and move back 3 weeks later. I was ok with the price at that time and said I would get a a couple more quotes. I had Ellis and Ferguson come by. Wow Galaxys price was half of their competitors. I was advised that because they have a revolutionary storage service they eliminate half the labor. What they did was this. They brought a wooden storage container to my home. (This was inside their Moving truck) They then took all my goods wrapped them up and put them in the module. I had my floors redone and 3 weeks later they returned with my furniture. Everything was then placed exactly where it was originaly and you could not tell anything was ever moved. (Except that my hardwood floors now shine:) ) Their was only one tiny problem they put a nick in the leg of my couch I contacted brent and he had it repaired withion the week. I was so busy with the contractors in the house that it was nice to not to have to worry about the move. I completely endorse Galaxy Movers and rate them a 12 out of 10. Shirley

our last movers said that their equipment was to small for our grand piano and they hit the paino on our concrete stairs and the repair cost was 1100.00. so i was a little aprehensive about having this thing moved again and when i phoned galaxie the guy on the phone assured me that they have moved thousands of pianos over the years, it really showed, the guys were polite and very good at what they do. i would highly recommend this company. I had moving in downtown vancouver guys were fast and carful with my stuffs. They even helped me move couch around after moving complete cause it looked right afterwards. Very Happy Job Thank you

I purchased a used hot tub and tried to load it up, bring it home and get started. Little did i know these things weight hundreds of pounds and had to be lifted over the railing onto our deck. I phoned around and found Galaxy moving and storage, the guy on the phone said no problem they had moved tonnes of hot tubs, they sent a truck with a big power gate on it, some other fancy equipment to hoist it over my railing and voila. I phoned at about 3 pm we were all done by 6 that day. It was a small job but a great service.
