James did an excellent job in moving our piano. Our stairs and doorway were tight, but his team had no issue! He was prompt, worked efficiently, and was pleasant to work with. He brought rugs and blankets to protect your floor and the piano. Highly recommend!!

James arrived on time. He was upfront with what he needed to do ( to tune our piano). The job was done professionally and was attentive. He was even able to find a small wrapper stuck inside the piano - which caused some keys to vibrate irregularly. Overall, he was polite and worked efficiently.
