From the beginning, after many meetings with us to determine what we wanted, they provided a " scope of the project" outlining the work schedule and cost and they kept to it - except of course when we changed a something and they were flexible to make it work. The on site foreman ensured that the workmanship provided by both Your Reno Crew and their trades was excellent - always ensuring that it was not only right but perfect. He always kept us informed on the project's progress

We recently renovated 2 bathrooms in our home. Gary came out to discuss the reno & then sent us a written quote of the price & scope of work. This was not that easy, as it was not a whole bathroom reno, as there were some things we wanted to do ourselves. The job went very well, considering the juggling between upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, ensuring that one was always usable. Everything was done very profesionally & promptly Gary would let us know, when to expect a tradesman & they always showed up on time. They were very flexible working around our schedule / appointments as well. We are very happy with our new bathrooms.

I received the go-ahead to replace an aging office kitchenette with a limited budget and very, very tight yearend target date. Gary from Your Reno Crew responded promptly and positively to my inquiry, made some excellent proposals, included samples, suggestions and even found us new appliances that better fit our redesigned kitchen.

Your Reno Crew were very professional. We received a fair quote, a contract to sign, details on how they were going to proceed, a start date and estimated date of completion. The job started on time, was completed ahead of schedule and the drywall finishing was exceptionally well done. Each crew member cleaned up the site after each phase of the job. Dust was kept to a minimum. Thanks guys, I love my new open concept kitchen.
