We had a problem with our door initially because it did not have the "speed reducer" which prevents it from slamming when it opens. Apparently you have to be very explicit when you order this door to make sure that this feature is included which is only an extra $34. Alin came out and was able to add that feature in for us. Thank you again!

The screens were installed quickly, with no mess and look absolutely amazing! We are very pleased with the appearance and the unobstructed view of our back garden. We would definitely recommend this company.

For my first call to Invisible Screens they were proactive, friendly and professional. I could not be happier with the product and service. The screens I needed had to be custom which was not a problem for Invisible Screens. The turn around time to manufacture and install was commendable and the installers were quick and very tidy. There were many colours of metal to choose from which allowed for a perfect match for my painted house trim colour.

A nice plus is that the aluminum product that this company uses is made in Canada which allows for greater manufacturing flexibility.

We were very happy with the product and service of this company and would happily recommend them highly.

Very professional service right from responding to my phone message, to reviewing product options and measurement to the installation. I particularly valued the contact to update me on installation time and the fact that the installer (Quinton) returned the following day as promised, to complete the installation.

I decided to go with Invisible Screens for two main reasons...made in Canada and turnaround time for install. I was given an install estimate of 2 weeks...which ended up being 4 weeks. Aside from a longer than expected installation turnaround, for the cost, the quality of the product is premium, I had the option of paying an upcharge for "pet mesh" screen which we did purchase. You can see the quality in the product, the frame is sturdy and the finishes compliment our home.

I have to say I was a little sceptical about getting the quote over the phone and then having to sign off on the job after the initial measuring visit but I was left very impressed. The installer was efficient and thoughtful in his execution and the screens are amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

We hired Invisible Screens to install a retractable screen on our balcony french doors. Met them at the Home Show. Saw another company similar to I.S.C but preferred I.S.C for their product, friendliness and knowledge. They came right on time and worked through my challenging door frame area without a problem. I love my new retractable screens and can now enjoy the fresh air with no bugs!! I highly recommend I.S.C.
