I contacted Turnbull masonry as I was having leaking issues in my laundry room. Ron came out to access and noticed quite a bit of cracks in our brick wall outside. His team came out quickly and repaired the wall. I pray this works which I'm sure it will. Ron seemed confident that it will. I would highly recommend Turnbull masonry

All the steps involved in this project were done better than I expected (from the begging to the end of the work). That included the: estimate process, where Bill took notes providing suggestions for things that I did not notices and got a very professional estimate, containing detailed steps based on our conversation. His team came and did a very good work on a very hot day. I liked that they described what they will do and how, being flexible on our asks, in some situations where that was possible. They cleaned up before leaving the site, as well they protected the area before the work started. Also the billing for the job was done efficiency. The communication through all the steps of this project was very professional and fast, getting my answers to my questions back quickly.

A 2nd storey balcony in our rental complex had crumpling brick and the majority of the bricks were deteriorating and falling off.
The balcony needed to be rebuilt and proper drainage was required.
The team worked efficiently with care and completed the balcony sooner than anticipated.

June 2023; we needed repairs to broken bricks and crumbling mortar at several exterior spots, including chimney, front porch, raised planter. Contacted three highly-rated companies (from Homestars) for estimates.

The work crew showed up on time, did excellent work in all respects, including going out of their way to find matching replacements for some broken 80 year-old bricks. All work was completed promptly and the site was left very clean.
