Pharaon Development Ltd. No Longer In Bussiness

I recently was the victim of a flood in the laundry/mud room. I hired Pharaon Developments to restore the area which included a renovation of the closet off the mudroom. The suggestions that he came up with to make the area more useable were effecient and econimical. He was on time and very clean.

about two years ago i did a full renovation of my house. the contractor brought in his own drywall specialist to do the job. In my opinion he was not very specialized. about 9 months later cracks started to appear, as well as something called orange peel. its where the mud was not applied properly and literately looks like your wall has the texture of orange peels. So after having a friend over about a year ago he recommended a friend of his to come take a look at my house and give me quote on how much money and time it would take to fix all the issues. I met Yosef the next day, he came by and took a look at all the issues and gave me a quote. he started a week later. he said to me that the drywall was not applied properly, and the amount of money i spent the first time it should have been. anyways it was replaced and replaced very well after going threw the room after it was painted i couldn't find a single imperfection. smooth walls no orange peel effect, and now a year later no cracks at all. i would defiantly recommend Yosef at Paraon Develoment Ltd. to any one doing big or small jobs.

Pharaoh development completed dry wall work for a condo renovation. The work was on time and on budget. The work site was kept clean and tidy. Also, great follow up to ensure I was satisfied. Would recommend.

Our neice from Toronto moved to Vancouver so that her son could attend a hearing impaired school. My husband and I decided that it would be a good idea to renovate the basement suite for her and the two children, so that they could have their privacy. We had interviewed about three contractors that came close to us scrapping the entire project, until we had the pleasure of being introduced to Mr. Yosef Pharaon of Pharaon Development. Our basement required a major make-over which included: carpet removal and installation of new floors, kitchen floors, drywall, paint and transforming our storage room into a bedroom with closet. He was an absolute delight to work with - very professional, driven and passionate about the project - making us feel excited too! He took the time to explain all the details to my husband, educating him and including us in the process. His work is perfection and he delivered on time and within our budget. The cost is very, very reasonable considering the beautiful work that he did in transforming our basement suite into a masterpiece! I can't wait for our next reno project - my kitchen.

Nothing makes me happier than a confident, efficient, and honest contractor who actually knows what he / she is doing. Not only yousef did a great job on my garage, he left with no mess! clean job, great rates, Happy man!

It is good to see positive reviews about hard working and honest individuals. My experience with Pharaon Development was exactly that. I was in need of a drywaller for a kitchen renovation that I was doing. I wanted to find someone good. My kitchen is not "simple". We have a couple of drop cielings, many, many potlights etc. etc. A friend of mine used Pharaon Developments last year and the work in his home was really good. So, I decide to give them a try. Well, these guys were fantastic!!! Clean, fast and knowledgable. Hopefully this helps anyone looking for a great drywaller.

I purchased an old condominium a few months ago and wanted to do a major over hall in the kitchen, bathrooms, dining room, bedrooms etc. Pretty much the entire unit, apporx. 1400 sq. ft. Through a contractor recommendation I called Pharaon Development Ltd. and spoke to the owner Yosef. I have to admit I was a little skeptical as I have done several major/minor renovations and my past experiences with drywallers in particular were not very good. Anyway, Yosef sounded very professional and knowledgeable on the telephone. He told me he would meet me at my unit the following day at 2pm. Well you know contractors; they say one thing and do another. Not the case with this guy. He showed up right on time!! I was very, very pleased as I was on a hectic timeline/schedule. Yosef had a look around the unit, took measurements etc. explained what he was going to do and provided me with an estimate right then and there. Pharaon Development commenced worked 2 days later and completed within two weeks. My building manager loved these guys, they didn't make a mess (no dust, nothing) in the building rear-entrance, elevator or hallway. Equally important, my suite was in tip top shape throughout the process. They must have vacuumed and swept every hour!! The painters who came in after Pharaon Development were so pleased with the job that they want to use them as well! The paint looks amazing mainly in part to the drywall finish.
I will continue to use Yosef and his company for future projects and would recommend his company to friends, family and anyone requiring drywall expertise. I am so glad that I did not go with another company to save $200.
The level of service and workmanship was impeccable.

I had recently gone through a renovation in my condo and was referred by a close family friend to Pharaon Development. The owner and operator Yosef came by the next day and was very professional and courteous. He went over a few different options and costs, which really impressed me. I received an email that evening with the estimate and options a,b,and c. He also gave me some references to call. I called them and they all had really good things to say, most of which was professional and courteous. I was sold. During and after the whole process Yosef was very clean and was always updating me and sticking the schedule as agreed. At the end he cleaned up everything and it was back to normal. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to get excellent work at a reasonable price and without the stereotype attitude of drywallers. It was a delight to deal with him.
