Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We do apologize for the delays in the installation of your roof. There were a number of circumstances beyond our control that posed several challenges. We did take appropriate steps in resolving these issues to the best of our ability.
Your contract was approved at the end of April with a tentative installation timeframe in June. Due to the many factors that affect our installation schedule, including but not limited to; installation crew availability, weather, unforeseen installation extensions etc. we are not able to provide firm installation dates but rather estimated timeframes. We did experience delays in your area due to many of the above mentioned causes and your installation was scheduled as soon as possible for August. Materials were delivered Thursday, August 17th and the crew arrived to begin work on Tuesday, August 21st. Shortly after starting the installation of your roof, personal circumstances prevented our installation crew from continuing the project. We then scheduled our in-house Trainer to complete the installation as soon as he was available. Your roof was completed on Friday, August 31st, 2 weeks after the delivery of material.
Your roof has since cleared our quality control inspection and is now under warranty. We are confident you will enjoy your permanent peace-of-mind and thank you kindly for your business and cooperation throughout the process.
