In regards to your response Elvis, please return my call. Clearly you have the wrong person. There was no pipe moved, nor have you been to my home. It leaks when ice melts, rain, everything. Would you like to see pics? You also said we would know during WINTER if there were any leaks as the snow pile up would melt and we would know for sure! Please pick up my phone calls, I have a 15 year warranty, what happened to that? Your response does not pertain to me or the job you did. You were not at my home. If you were, why did you not call to let me know or ring the door bell? Did you do this to someone else and you are confused? If you do not want to look please just say so. Why not return my texts or calls?
Elvis came to fix our balcony after we had received a few quotes. He reassured us that our money was in good hands and that he has a family and would not take advantage of us. While he was doing the job he was great and personable, however we now have a leak less than 9 months later in one area and have not had a return call or email.
I am still giving him the benefit of the doubt that maybe something happened as to why he said he would come back and has not returned our call, on Feb 23, 2016 we had finally got Elvis on the line and he asked me to text him my address and that he would swing by but he did not and now my call goes straight to voicemail. We were given a 15 year warranty and it is concerning that he has not replied to emails, texts or voicemails. Hopefully there is a logical explanation for this, as we are all human. I do hope we get a return call and follow up visit. We have faith that he is true to his word, when we hear from him and have the leak repaired, I will gladly change the star rating. Until then we are left with an uncertain feeling, as that is a lot of money to trust someone with. I will keep you posted on the progress.
I also just read some of the other reviews, yes there are a lot of positive reviews, however what is concerning to me is the response to the negative ones attacking people's race/culture and where they are from. That is not called for, that is not the way to respond as a business.
