I have a rental property that I plan to move back into. The roof was leaking and the shingles were in bad shape. I wanted it repaired. I called Elvis who returned my call and made arrangements to come out and see the roof. The roof was in such back need of repair that the cost to re-roof was the only option. I was advised that it could be patched but may need to be redone in the winter depending on the snow build up on the roof. Elvis explained everything to me took before during and after pictures and the job was done quickly, very professionaly and the finished product matches the existing roof which has not as much ware due to the sourtherly location. I plan on re-roofing next year or the year after the remainder of the roof along with the garage and would not hesitate to have Elvis do the job. I plan to recommend Elvis and his crew to my friends and can't thank him enough for a job well done. I am so pleased. I post the before picture of my roof in bad need of repair.

Our roof has been leaking on and off for 2 years. We have had a few companies come over the last couple years to figure out what the problem was, and got different stories from different people. We saw the great reviews for All-Can services on Homestars and decided to give Elvis a call when our roof starting leaking again last month. Unlike the other places we called (who needed minimum of 48 hrs just to come out to see us), Elvis came by within 1/2 hour, and immediately did a quick fix on the roof to stop the current leak. He told us the roof needed to be replaced and had the job done quickly and exceptionally well. We got 2 other quotes, and his was within the same range as one, and less than the other. The difference is that he came to check out the problem quickly and scheduled the roof replacement shortly after. The job was done quickly, professionally, thoroughly, and he cleaned up very well. On top of that, while they were in the midst of repairing the roof, it leaked again one evening, and he drove all the way to our house in the evening and went up on the roof (in the dark!) to ensure the leak would stop for the remainder of the evening until he could finish the job the next morning. We are very happy with his service, and will not need to call anyone else in the future. We are confident he will be our "one and only" should we need any other repairs in the future. Definitely an excellent choice for any roofing issues.

After calling a couple of roofing companies for estimates I discovered that most will not just fix a section of the roof. They are quite happy to quote on a complete roof. However I was only interested in repairing my leak which was getting worse. Elvis came and quickly assessed the situation and by days end my leak was repaired with pictures of the step by step process to achieve this. I waited to post a review until after the first rain and all is good. I'll now get a few more years before having to do a major re-roof. A positive recommendation for Elvis and All Can Services.

I had leak from roof in my rental property last month in bedroom which was repaired by another guy. This time it started leaking from kitchen vent and I was quiet disappointed with my home inspector and previous repair guy who should have picked up these potential issues.
Anyway this time instead of just going by the overall ranking or number of reviews on homestars I carefully went through the quality of reviews and response by the company.
I called few others companies but no one else appeared as professional and willing to help as Elvis. He actually arrived a little earlier than appointment and fixed the issue promptly on previusly agreed estimate with 1 year written warranty even before I reached the property.
He showed me the video of his work performed on my roof which was quiet interesting and assuring of job done well.
He removed the clogged mesh from hood vent on top and range hood now sounds much better.
He also gave me quote for roof replacement with few options. Unless something drastically changes he will be my number 1 choice for roof replacement work.
I have no problem recommending Elvis to anyone for professional and timely service on any roof related matter.

We had a leak in our roof that other roofers said could not be fixed and suggested a new roof. I called Elvis and within 3 hours he was on the roof, fixed the problem, took before and after pictures, cleaned my gutters and caulked while he was up there. A tree fell over landing on our roof during a severe windstorm. The insurance company dispatched a company from Brantford to repair the sunroom roofing damage, but the roof started to leak, worsening as time went on. I called numerous roofers to see if they could find a problem, none of whom could. I then called Elvis Benoit from All-Can in Mississauga, who arrived as promised, did the job and so far (knock on wood) we've had a couple of rainstorms and not a drop of water. He worked quickly, cleaned up afterwards and charged what his estimate was without trying to squeeze me for more money. 11 leaking skylights was no small task, but he did the job to perfection. I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for any roof repairs. Travelling to Grimsby wasn't too much to ask and we're thankful that people like Elvis are in this business.

We called Elvis to install some skylights, and from the get-go he was responsive, quick, and easy to get ahold of (something we have found difficult with other companies). Elvis was at our house in a few days, installing our skylights and doing some roof repairs. Elvis' work was thorough, timely and best of all, came at the most competitive price! Allcan (Elvis) returned my call within 30 minutes and we had an appointment set up to inspect my leaky roof. Elvis was straightforward and honest and gave us 3 options to consider. One one being just a repair. We decided to just do the back half of our roof. The work was scheduled and done within 3 days and perfectly cleaned up all at a great price. He even repaired my eavestrough at no charge and put my patio furniture back! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The owner doing work in the area noticed I had a few missing shingles and left his card. I Called and had them come out. They did the repair and inspected entire roof and fixed other problems that previous roofers left when replacing shingles. The roof is OK now and if I do have any concerns they will come out and rectify. Good Job, Good Price, Peace of Mind all you could ask for. Thanks guys

I had a situation where my roof vent had fallen/broken off, I had no idea what to think or what was involved to get it fixed.
