Bad Customer Service, Don't go to them . York region Nutri lawn contacted my husband for the service, he clearly said that he will go for pay per visit and he wanted to be present when the technician comes. So we requested him to call before reaching home. He was very clear on that. The day before the first visit, the technician left a voice message , but dint leave what time he will be there. Next day, when i opened the front door in the afternoon, on the door we found the bill.
My husband was upset, he called nutrilawn and said that he did not want the service anymore.The representative on the other end was trying to convince him for 30 mins. He clearly said, " he will call for the service if needed."
Second visit, i heard a noise outside and ran then found out that nutri lawn guy was leaving our house and saw some hose around..when i asked why his he here,he said the service is not cancelled...I called them immediately and when asked they said in the recording he dint clearly said cancel..the manger was very abrupt and dint want to listen to whole conversation.. I said i CAN pay for the first visit, but not for the second one as we did not request it...my husband doesnt want to pay off and does not want to deal with these guys..however AM personally Extremely disappointed with their service and communication
