London Eco Roof Manufacturing

Our London Eco-roof was installed last year. The roof installation was done very well and the roofing materials appear to be of the highest quality. The result is just a very beautiful property, greatly enhancing our heritage stone house and adding market value.

I had solar panels on my roof . London Eco team diligently coordinated with the solar team and got the job done in flat three days. My solar panels were off the roof , the new colorful metal roof
was on and my solar panels back on the solid metal roof. Kudos to Mark , John and the project team. I wish them all the best !!

It was during my process of gathering information on roofing via the internet and a local home show that I first learned about London Eco-Metal Manufacturing Inc. I received estimates from 6 or 7 companies, researched the companies, their work and reviews from customers, including checking their standing with the Better Business Bureau. I was not overly impressed with the initial contact with London Eco-Metal Mfg Inc. as it was a slow process to get any info. Eventually I was contacted by another a sales rep who picked up on my inquiry for info and a quote. He made an appointment with me, did his presentation, was very knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions. I requested a quote for black T18 which was received quickly thereafter, the price was very reasonable and I signed the purchase agreement.

I would have liked better communication between London Eco-Metal Mfg. and the customer …. me. I was not advised of an installation date but found out 2nd hand, via my sister who had also purchased a metal roof from London Eco-Metal Mfg. Inc. The sales rep had noted on my sister’s purchase agreement advising London Eco-Metal Mfg Inc. that both roofs could be scheduled together as we both live in Kingston. I had concerns about not being advised of the installation date which I expressed to the company as I still had to make arrangements to have a skylight removed & closed in before the install could take place.

The install began on an agreed upon date, the work crew was great, very tidy & professional. Although English was not their first language communication with the work crew was OK. They let me know that they were leaving this job site because the membrane & strapping was done but they did not have the metal to install. After a day or two I inquired about the delay. I wanted to know when the job was scheduled to be completed. I was advised that someone would let me know but I did not receive any communication about when the job was to be completed. About a week after the crew had finished the strapping they came back to install the metal. The job was completed over the period of a couple weeks and I am pleased with my new metal roof. I am curious to see how it is over this winter, in particular the snow guards …… there are 2 offset rows. I hope they are adequate.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the new metal roof and had already recommended London Eco-Metal Mfg. Inc. to my sister, who also purchased a new metal roof.

I needed a new roof, I never want to re-roof my house again. I decided steel was the best option. I got quotes, and installation methods from multiple companies. London eco metal roofs is whom I chose. Number one: they install a membrane over the entire roof, thus protecting and maintaining the existing asphalt shingles in place. Number two: they strap the roof, creating a gap for better air flow. Number three: they create ridge vents for better venting of attic air(my air conditioning bill dropped by 20% after installation!).
Number four: The size of their panels creates less gaps for water penetration, fully screwed down with gasket screws, caulking, and proper valleys placed for optimum water easement.
The crew worked efficiently, kept the job site clean each day, worked safely, and respected my home.
My house, after my new roof, is a gem in the neighbourhood! I recieve complements all the time over the curb appeal created by my new roof.

London eco roof gave us a good quality roof. We opted a red roof and the neighbors are stopping to check it out. The people that installed it were so professional and efficient. It just looks amazing we are so happy with the results.. We'd recommend that to anyone.

We needed a new roof and due to the pitch of the roof the cost of a standard roof versus a metal roof was about the same. So, ultimately we went with the metal roof with a 55 year transferable warranty.
The roof looks fabulous and neighbours continuously compliment us on the roof. Crew was professional and did an outstanding job.

We decided we wanted to replace our asphalt shingled roof with a metal roof. We took a lot of time to research and explore the various companies. Our salesman patiently explained all the options to us, and helped us understand the various steps in the process.
