Guys from London Eco Roof Manufacturing tech. team really helped me with my rotten roof. I'm impressed how professional are they. Also I must say that they are very customer oriented and reliable!

We had the estimator come out and he was very friendly, gave us the quote and we gave the go ahead. The crew leader came out to get all the measurements etc. And they came in to do the job near the estimated date. The crew was very quick and, friendly and neat. We had no issues at all......a few weeks after we had our roof finished, our neighbor immediately called and had them out as well.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we had these guys out again after a couple months to do some additional repair work, and again they were very professional and precise with the repairs.

Exisiting roof was missing some shingles from a spring storm.
Was able to get someone out for a quote right away and work was started very soon after. Most work was done within 2 days.
Would highly recommend and will be using again for other properties.

The metal roof was put on exactly as described when the contract was written. No surprises in price and the installation team was superb.
There was a bit of an issue with picking up the 4x16 pallet however I would still recommend this company. My neighbours have all made a lot of positive comments.

We are in love with the roof, it looks beautiful. There have been several neighbours that have complimented the work that was done. The process only took approximately three days. We are very happy!

Our new roof looks great on our bungalow style house. Installer was completely professional. He worked solo, which is amazing to us. He had the job done in 3 days, including the removal of a brick chimney. He made sure our existing eaves were securely fastened. Premises was left clean.

Sales team worked with us regarding our preferred payment method.

There was an unexpected delay in the start to our job but a member of the team contacted us to explain why and provide a new start date.

Minor complaint that we had to request removal of disposal bin and skid multiple times. All staff was courteous and friendly.

The service was fast after signing contract. Andrew, the person that came to give us an estimate was very good and answered all of our questions without hesitation. We are very happy with the looks of the job and the work that was done.

Replaced roof with metal and have been very pleased. Looks great and we have had many compliments. Installer did a great job with no issues.
One minor sevice issue was resolved very quickly without any issues.

We had a metal roof installed about 9 years ago. The crew did an excellent job and we are vey happy with the results. Looks great, keeps the house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
It gives us peace if mind not to have to worry about replacing shingles ever again. Thanks for the great service.
