Based on reviews here on HomeStars, MAXgreen was the first company that we contacted for a quote for our full-house window and door replacement project. The bar was set extremely high after we met with Adam. The price that we were quoted was cheaper than the rest, but more importantly all of our questions and concerns were answered. The itemized quote was well done and the final installation followed that quote to the penny. Throughout the process the lines of communication were always open and we were always kept informed of the status of the project. The installation was equally as impressive. We were bumped up a few weeks because of an opening which was nice. The crew were hardworking and pleasant, and also very courteous to our needs as well. They cleaned up very well too, the whole isntallation of 11 windows and 2 doors was very smooth and painless. The quality of the windows and doors was also very noticeable. The temperature dropped to -25C the day after our installation, so we really got a chance to test drive the new windows and they passed with flying colours. Overall we are very happy with MAXgreen and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I contracted MaxGreen to change all the windows in my home. I was happily impressed with the fair price quoted for their products and equally impressed by their professional installation. I was extremely happy with the quality of their workmanship; the quality of the products they supplied and especially their friendly service. We had a broken window pane & have been replaced by other window contractors twice already & it always breaks.so we look for a better contractor to fix it for the third time and we end up with Maxgreen we liked the deal so we hired them to do the job.when i got home and checked my window i saw a small tiny scratched on the glass and told them about it and with no long waiting time they replaced it!I am very happy with their service , I would recommend it to be your window contractor!!!!

Both Adam and his crew were excellent! Underpromised and over delivered! Most professional contractor I have had on any reno. The pricing was more then competitive and I would recommend Maxgreen to both friends and family.

We had two guys who came in to replace the 3 windows. It only took them 5 hours to do the job. They work hard and they did not waste any time. They did a very good job for interior finish. They were very polite and respectful towards the house. It was clean after they finished.

It started with the wonderful Sales Rep - Adam, who was very knowlegeable & patient while guiding me through the selection process as to the best window product within my budget, for my home.
The Installation Crew did a very thorough job installing the windows and ensuring everything was cleaned up afterwards.
A small repair/warranty issue was handled quickly and professionally by the MAXgreen team.

From the initial call to the actual replacement all people we dealt with were absolutely friendly and patient. All our questions were answered thoroughly. The actual replacement was done by a great team which was on time, fast, absolutely friendly and the work they did was just awesome. The only downside was that you have to be able to read drawings. When we made the decision on which window to place in which room we could not talk it through in person because we submitted the contract on line. There was no one to talk to to correct any mistake. So we made a wrong decision, convinced we had it right. In our case it was not such a big deal. But for this reason you get 9 out of 10 stars.

We had a set of sliding patio doors, our front door, bay window and kitchen window replaced with MAXgreen and I would definitely work with them again. We chatted with three window companies before deciding on MAXgreen and they seemed to have the best balance of quality, service and pricing. And when a part was missing for our patio sliders, MAXgreen was very efficient in getting the right part and two people to come out to make sure everything was installed properly.
