We feature an industry-leading 6-stage water management system in our installations to ensure LEAK-PROOF homes for our valued customers. Some companies do a "quicker and easier" installation that only relies on caulking and spray foam to keep water out - which is NOT an effective long term solution. With a MAXgreen installation, even if the drip cap and caulking were to fail there are still 4 other layers of protection to ensure water never gets into your home. That is how we can so confidently stand behind our 10 Year LEAK-PROOF Installation Warranty and "others" are still offering only a 5 year warranty on their installations. It is our strong opinion that the installation should be done right the first time, even if it costs a bit more, since you will never have to worry about it again. Insurance companies often have a "preferred contractors" list, but that does not mean you have to use them! The insurance companies don't tell you this when you make a claim, but you are free to choose any contractor you want, so be sure to look into the reputation of any you are considering. Hi Whitney, Thank you for working with us to have MAXgreen try to make up for what was an inexcusable mistake. There is no reason why a customer should have to clean up our mess. As discussed, this has been addressed with that particular install crew and they have admitted their oversight on that job and we are confident that will not happen again. As for the mix-up for installation dates, that was a mistake with the paperwork of the installer and has also been addressed to ensure that never happens again. For the trim options, we do include pictures of our 3 standard free options on the quote, or offer to install any other trim our customers want.
