This company is awesome. Larry (the owner) quickly located and fixed the holes in my pool liner (most so small you couldn't even see them). He arrived on time, clearly explained process and promptly went about the repair. Something to be aware of Pool Buoy does the leak location and repair in one shot -- most other similar services do not.
I HIGHLY recommended Pool Buoy for any pool liner repairs!

The company detected there was a leak in my pool lines and gave me several options. We decided to dig up the ground ourselves and the company would do the repair. The company visited several times, once to discover what the problem was, then they came back to assess it, came back again to repair, and came back a final time to make sure it was in working order.

I was really impressed with the owner of the company and his work, he is a great guy! I would give him 5/5 in every category. A friend recommend this company to me and I would recommend them to all of my friends too!

We have had Pool Buoy out several times over the past two years. Most recently we used their services to help replace the underground piping to the pool filter. They provided great communication and were extremely professional. They even helped us cut costs by instructing us on how to do some of the work ourselves. As instructed we dug up the trench prior to their arrival and Larry did the rest. Larry is always available to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I give Pool Buoys services a 10 out of 10 and would absolutely recommend them, as they do terrific work!

Larry helped us find a serious leak in our pool line. With his technology he was able to pinpoint the leak exactly minimizing the amount of labour and mess to fix the problem. His diagnostic test allowed us to fix the leak for under $40. Well worth the money, he showed up on time and was excellent at explaining the process. I have referred Pool Bouy to other friends and they have been equally happy.

I am a new home owner and this is our first summer managing a swimming pool. Our pool seemed to be losing water at a rate of about 3 inches per day, so I called Larry after reading his many great reviews about his services. As I suspected, Larry proved to be a real expert at swimming pool leak detection. I asked to watch the whole process for my own learning, and I was really impressed with how thorough he was. I was also very impressed with the extensive amount of tools and gadgets he used for testing and re-testing ... and he is a really nice guy and a pleasure to chat with. I had opportunities to ask him all kinds of questions about swimming pool management, and I felt I really benefited from his advice. At the end of the day, we chose to plug up a non-essential pipe which had the major leak (saved $$ there!), and we repaired about 8 rips in the liner (some of which I could see with the naked eye, and some which were detected by microphone ... I could hear his machine going off in spots where there were leaks). I was happy with the price, and I am very pleased with the service. It has been 4 days since Larry was here, and my water level hasn't dropped. Problem solved.

Larry is a pro and incredibly reliable. It took a few visits to get the problem solved as leaks are a tricky business, but Larry was on top of it, responsive, stood behind his work and fully delivered. I only wish I had found Larry earlier. I highly recommend Pool Buoy.

Larry at Pool Buoy was great. Found his ad online, gave him a call, discussed my issue (pool was losing water) and he took it from there. Showed up on time (in the rain), was very diligent in identifying the leaks. First fixes wasn't the only issue I had so he came back and fixed other issues. In total, 3 leaks (2 pipes, 1 liner) found and fixed and we have been enjoying the pool ever since. Would strongly recommend Pool Buoy to anyone losing water or who have leaks and need help.

Larry is truly a professional at what he does. He has all the tools required to find a leak and then put on his SCUBA equipment to fix the problem, he even took a picture showing what the tear in the liner looked like. Excellent customer service, very prompt at returning messages and arriving as scheduled.

Larry deserves all the positive reviews. After wasting money with our pool company who was unable to find our leak, we found Pool Buoy on Homestars. Best decision we made, Larry found our pool leak and provided us with invaluable information in fixing and preventing future cracks due to our harsh winters.
