Same exceptional quality service as first hire them 5 years ago on duct and vent cleaning. The guick online quote provides on the website is very helpful to find out the approximate cost. I think it is fairly reasonable. The technician called and arrived on time as email reminded. Jake was very courteous and full of energy. He kindly took my requests on work order and completed them efficiently with his best effort. The job took 3 hours which is about right. Feels great to make fresh deep breath after cleaning. Jake’s profession has met high standard he set for himself and represented positiveness of the company. Extremely recommended!

We were very pleased with the service .The company has the proper equipment and knowledge to carry out a professional job. They were on time and reviewed everything prior to commencement of the tasks. The disinfectant they used worked very well and we now have clean air with no distinctive odours in any rooms. Our home is 4800 sq ft and 18 years old. Well worth the money and peace of mind .

I was very impressed with the work that was done. Jake was prompt, hard-working, personable, informative, and consistently displayed exemplary customer service. When we had a small problem with the clothes dryer vent a few days later, we received service the very same day. Ravi came out to check and fix the problem with the same degree of customer service and professionalism. Our 15 yr old dryer kept turning off and all our ducts in our 20 yr old home were overdue for cleaning as well. Modern Purair replied with detailed description for us to read and a next day appt even though Xmas is only days away. The Co was also informative and polite on the phone and easily fit our schedule. They arrived on time and quoted the whole job up front taking time to thoroughly explain and answer questions from both of us. The work was thorough, kept clean and very complete on every aspect. The whole job was done in less time then expected without hurry. And Jake G was a wonderful, patient, very kind and knowledgable Technician whom we thought did an incredible job!! 10 stars for these guys!!

This was a return visit after my service two years ago. Last time there were two service people but I suppose because of times of Covid, there was only one.
Alton, my service man worked really hard to do the work of two people. My house is big and I have 31 vents.
He did a really good job and was patient and friendly throughout the whole morning.
