I highly recommend Modern Purair Vancouver. Chris Rempel and Garrett cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent and were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and did the little extras that really make a difference. I am so glad I called Modern Purair!

Keith is very helpful and professional. He did a good job on cleaning the furance ducts throughout the house. Strongly recommend on the company and him. Just one advice, the job shall include the duct sanitation as default instead of optional charge. After all it's very important for the duct cleaning. That 10min work will give much more customer satisfactions if it is included in the service with a little bit charge.

Great service! Appointment for arrival was to be between 8:00 – 9:00am. Stuart arrived by 8:00 after calling at 7:45am that he would be here in 10 minutes. He explained thoroughly what he would be doing. The cleaning included the furnace and 15 vents/registers and I had the additional sanitizing applied. A massive demolition and construction next door, over a period of 1 year (which began March 2016) had created additional “dust” which lingered although I did not have construction done inside my own home. My husband died of lung cancer a year ago and I wanted to try to clear the air again. Before the appointment, the furnace had also stopped due to the thermostat requiring resetting. This young technician was polite, friendly and approachable, yet professional. I would recommend Modern Purair if they want excellent, reasonably priced service. We needed to have our two dryer ducts cleaned. I called several places and chose Purair. First, they were very courteous, well-informed and clear on the phone. They described exactly what would be done and gave me a firm price and an appointment. A couple days prior to the appointment they gave me a reminder call and the technician--Stuart--also called the day of. Stuart arrived exactly on time. He was polite, efficient and very helpful answering my questions. He did a great job overall, even helping find a disrupted duct pipe connection. I would heartily recommend Purair to anyone needing dryer duct cleaning.
