We had our roof redone, Simon and his crew did an awesome job. His crew was profession and knew what they were doing. Simon did as he promised in the contract we signed and more. His team took pictures of the progress they were making so we could see what was happening. Great company and crew I would highly recommend.

Simon form Guildwood Roofing was very prompt with the response on the quote request for our roof replacement, following up as promised with the details and the written contract. His team is very organized and efficient. With no extra cost, Simon has installed an additional ice & water shield for our rear end valley. It was not a part of our contract. We have discussed openly the state of the decking plywood and conclude in good faith that there is no need for replacement of any sheet. Once the work was done, the crew cleaned up the premises. Simon has an effective team. He runs the business genuinely with great customer service. Also, the price is just right, not cheap nor high. We had a leak in our roof during a week of very rainy/stormy weather, and within 5 days of speaking to him, the new roof was installed and ready to go! Quoted price is very reasonable and material they are using has good quality that could last long. And repaire was done in great quality too. They are every professional and efficient.
