Jennifer, our sales rep, was fantastic during the sales process performing an amazing product demo and providing a level of detail unlike anything we’ve seen with other window companies. The installation team was fabulous and did a thorough, quick, and quality-driven job. We changed 4 windows in our home, and now comparing them to the older windows…the difference is light years away. We can’t wait to change all the other windows in our house to Magic! We’re very happy customers and 100% recommend going with Magic!

The Magic Window product has always interested me and when I needed new windows I went to them first. The sales visit was thorough and engaging. The product was demonstrated and the estimate was provided on the spot. The price was less than I was anticipating, based on the research I had done on other types of windows. A couple of other pricing incentives helped as well. Installation ended up happening over two days due to an issue with one of the windows. The turn around to address the issue was quick. There were a couple of minor mechanical issues needing to be address and a simple service call a couple days after install has solved everything. The windows function great and the knowledge the windows are protected and covered for 40 years is a big peace of mind.

Windows are everything that we had expect, superb quality and workmanship. Love the invisible blinds. Installation was completed in a timely manner and cleanup of the area was very satisfactory. I would recommend Magic Windows to friends and family. Thank you

Magic™ installed 12 windows in our house last month. The Magic windows have really enhanced the curb appeal of our home as they were painted in a colour which complements our brick. Our installers, Zoran and Milan, work very well together as a team and completed the installation of all windows in one day, including the large arch window over the front door. Milan and Zoran fit the window frames with precision and adjusted them to ensure the casement windows open and close smoothly. They carefully sealed every inch around the window frame with foam insulation. The mouldings were cut to ensure a perfect fit, while the frames were caulked very thoroughly outside. Zoran performed outstanding aluminum work where necessary. Finally, the team removed all the debris from inside and outside the house. Great job! I would highly recommend Magic™ windows because of the quality of both the windows themselves and the first-rate installation.

After Magic Windows installed our new patio door in June, we saw two very noticeable flaws in the glass panes and the bug screen was difficult to operate. We called the Magic service team who were very quick to arrange for a service call. When Cuong arrived, he reduced the tension in the screen which enabled it to be easily opened and closed. He also examined the flaws in the glass panes and arranged for them to be replaced. When the replacements were available, Cuong returned and installed them very efficiently. He cleaned the new glass and picked up all debris. He offered tips in maintaining the doors. Cuong and his assistant were very pleasant and professional throughout.

We ordered some extra large patio doors for the back of our house, to replace some really old ones. Two giant panes of glass, one of them sliding, one fixed. They look really amazing and we LOVE them.

There was a discrepancy between what we ordered and what turned out to be possible, that we only learned when the installers arrived to do the final measurements (so not long after we ordered and paid a deposit). One of the guys in our house to measure was pretty rude and patronising given we had a signed agreement and paid the deposit, a little more soothing and hand holding would have been appreciated given we were being given frustrating (and frankly confusing news).

Figuring out next steps was not a delightful process, and we felt we had to nag our sales guy for answers and options, which felt crummy for us and I'm sure was no fun for him.

Timing was slow from there, to get re-measured and the manufacturing part. I assume making it is slow because of volume of orders and covid, and it took a few months, but that wasn't really a surprise. When Dana said 8 weeks we doubled it in our minds and it was within that time frame.

I emailed the office a couple of times to ask for an update on when they might be ready, and never received a response from them, so that was also not ideal.

The installers for the actual install were polite and perfectly pleasant.

So why the 4 stars? Coz our sales guy was good and the doors are SO GREAT. Worth the infuriating communications with anyone who was NOT our sales guy for sure.

If you have a big fancy glass need, I would recommend the product here for sure.

We have very good experience with Magic Window.
We are attracted by the design of the windows designed by Magic Window after my daughter has replaced her windows.
When project manager, Rick, comes for consultation, he gives us a very thorough explanation of the design of the windows, including the easiness of cleaning of the windows inside out, metal reinforcement of the vinyl frame, clearer view with retractable mesh screen and 40+ years transferrable warranty etc.
The installation technician, Chris and Joseph, are courteous, respectful to our home environment and leave a clean place after installation.
After installation, I find some unfinished caulking around the windows but the service department responds within a week. That gives me confidence that warranty service can be good too.
We would recommend Magic Window to anyone who needs new windows!

Great windows at blocking out the sound from a nearby busy road. The difference is night and day. The windows open up so much more then our cheap builder installed ones. Lots of fresh air coming into the rooms. My only regret is not replacing the windows earlier. But I will use Magic again when the time comes to replace the rest of the windows.

Replacing 18 windows in 3 stages, the cost was surprisingly at least comparable to other quotes. Experienced a few issues with the orders, but the service and installers was excellent.
