We were tired of our old plain white railings and are really happy to have discovered this company. Lots of selection, great communication. We got an idea of how the railings are made too. Couldn't be happier with the job on our porch! We have recommended Alex to neighbours that ask!

When I met Alex for the first time and told him about my deck railing project, he said "we will do whatever you want". He took me in the back to show me their process, and their website had a ton of pictures to help choose the final design. He instilled complete trust in their craftmanship and deliverables. It took a while to get the railing delivered, but the end result is exactly what I asked from him. Highly recommend. Great job.

Metal Workshop did an excellent job on the railing repair did the job for less than anticipated and quality was excellent.They completed the work on time and left area in a clean condition.

We looked online and chose Art Metal Workshop after reviewing their extensive photo gallery on their website. We also visited their shop. They are a great combination of the new generation managing sales and customer service and the older generation doing the work. We are thrilled with our fence and gate!!!!!

I have read many reviews on this site. Not only about this company but many others. I came to the conclusion that companies with a perfect '10' are in some way manipulating their reviews as part of their sales pitch,
Art Metal Workshop are a genuine hard working company and I write this review, not because they were the best around but because they dealt with minor problems both timely and professionally. There was no mention of bargaining for a good review!
Positive reviews should also be based on what sort of 'after sales' one receives. There are often issues with all sorts of renovations, it's how the company responds to those issues that renders them professional. We had a single off-set railing installed in my new basement stairs. Quality workmanship but a little issue with one of the brackets.
After a phone call, the railing was re-configured and re-installed in a short while,

I chose Art Metal for this project based on all the awesome reviews from this site. And all these reviews are absolutely 100% correct. I'm actually kind of stunned at just how incredible their level of customer service is. One email through their website and I was called back within 1 hour!!! After a short conversation about the dimensions I was emailed a quote 15 minutes later. I emailed back and said you got the job and they were out at the house the next morning measuring and taking notes from pictures I had previously gathered for the design of the railings. I said I wanted a specific colour....no problem...I just had to go pick the colour and email them the paint code. I was told it would be about 6 weeks to get them built/galvanized/painted etc....and 6 weeks later I have gorgeous new railings on my porch. They are exactly as we discussed....the design, dimensions and colour are perfect. What an awesome experience. Iron railings are definitely a work of art that can only be accomplished by old-school craftsmanship. The level of talent and dedication is takes to be able to sculpt pieces of iron into something so beautiful are the kinds of things I really appreciate. Thank you Art Metal, it's was pleasure dealing with you.
