Galaxy had excellent customer service and competitive pricing. The product is of very high quality. The installation was completed in a very efficient clean manner and the workmanship is of a very high caliber. The installers were courteous and extremely professional. I would highly rate Galaxy Windows to anyone who is interested in new window or doors or a retrofit of existing windows and/ or doors.

We had a great experience with the entire Galaxy team, from beginning to end. We replaced 17 windows, a patio door and added a storm door. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality and efficiency of the install; completed in just under 2 days. We hired Galaxy Windows to replace three exterior doors for us after our amazing experience hiring them to replace all our windows in 2015. Just like the first time, Dimetre was great to work with right from the initial consultation and quote. He is always able to make excellent suggestions based on our home and style while still letting us maintain full control of what were looking to achieve. He offers a superior product and warranty at a very competitive price. On install day, Alex and his teammate were here bright and early, worked quickly and diligently, left our place neat and tidy, and did a phenomenal job. Our doors look absolutely beautiful and are just what we envisioned. As an added bonus, we have a handful of neighbours who each used different door companies who all waited months and months for their instal to happen. Ours was right on schedule as Dimetre had promised. You cant go wrong working with Galaxy!

Alex and his installers did a very good job in overall. The price was reasonable and the job quality was very good. Mike and his assistant who installed the windows did an excellent job and cleaned the debris as well. So less work for us to do the remaining cleaning part. Installation carried out in 2 parts as current supply issues impacted us as well. Alex kept us posted on the new dates after we contacted him. A minor manufacturing issue was found on a Window hinge when I tried to open it after the installers left, I called Alex to notify. With-in a week Mike from Hometech Windows came and replaced the hinges . He too a talented guy fixed the issue in an hour. This is what I like to emphasis - Alex's quick turn around and follow up when I reached out to him.
I already recommended this team to my work colleagues and neighbors.

Galaxy replaced 17 windows, a single balcony door, and my patio sliding door earlier in the month. I am very satisfied with the products and the way they were installed. It only took 2 days. The materials are excellent. I like the way the window crank neatly folds. The windows and doors are well insulated. I noticed a big difference the way my house holds the temperature. And, I dont hear as much outside noise as I used to. I sleep better now.
