The team at Galaxy were great work with. Dimitri was our sales person and provided excellent recommendations. He introduced me to awning style windows and they are definitely an improvement to what we had. Alex and Igor were able to install all six windows in half a day and did a great job. We ran into an issue and required a different sized trim. Alex came back the very next day to finish the installation. We really appreciate their attention to detail and service. We researched alot of Window Replacement companies, it took a while to decide as it was a huge investment. Dmitri came to explain the product to us and allowed us to visit the show rooms to view the windows and patio door. We went with Galaxy Windows because they were very informative and answered all our question. On installation day they were very professional and took very good care of our home. They cleaning up everything and addressed any concerns we had immediately.

Management came to see the job and made sure everything was completed as per agreement. After service has been amazing, every call is answered right away.

I did a thorough investigation of companies before choosing Galaxy Windows to install 9 windows. We were concerned about maintaining the structural integrity of the woodwork inside. Alex and his partner took care and didn't disrupt anything. The windows look like they were meant to be there. We had damage around an exterior window that was on a second floor and were wondering how it would be handled. After Galaxy successfully completed 10 windows 4 years ago (see earlier post), we invited them back again to quote on the remaining 8. Not surprising, Dmitri once again gave us great advice and a competitive quote for simliar triple pane windows as before, in addition to 2 double pane picture frame windows. They were installed yesterday, 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Once again Alex (with Igor this time) did another perfect installation, including interior wood trim. They even stopped to show me that they found some water damage on the exterior sheathing above one of the windows so I could have my roofer take a look for a cause. Thanks again to the Galaxy team! Galaxy Windows is a wonderful company to deal with. They did an exemplary job in replacing two large windows in our living and dining room, along with a bathroom and a front door replacement. From Dimitri, who gave us a very reasonable quote, to Alex and Mike who did the actual replacement, they were knowledgable,polite, and hard working and completed the work in the timeframe given to us. Years ago Galaxy replaced all the windows in our home and it was an excellent experience. When it came time for us to replace our drafty side door I once again called Galaxy. They were able to provide a quote within 24hrs of me calling. The price was reasonable and they offered a wide range of products. We picked out our door and placed the order in December, they were able to estimate an install in mid to late February. Sure enough I got the call to schedule my install in the third week of February. They arrived promptly at the time given and were finished the install ahead of schedule. The installer made it a very easy experience with little disruption and left the area spotless. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the door looks great. We will definitely contact Galaxy again when we are ready to replace our front door.

Second time we have used Galaxy for window replacements (used them previously in 2015). Didnt hesitate to call them again when we needed our doors replaced and some larger windows this time around. Dmitri was once again very easy to work with and pricing was extremely reasonable. Installation folks took good care to protect our interior while working, and did great job with clean up afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
