I had them retro fit 7 windows and 1 brick to brick. They came in with a great price and superior quality. Zero complaints! They did a top notch job!

Called Galaxy Windows for a quote based off all the positive feedback on Homestars. Dimitri was knowledgeable about the product and made some good suggestions, but wasn't pushy. The price quoted was extremely competitive and although we had not completely finished our quoting process, we felt very comfortable based on what we had quoted us and decided to proceed. It took several weeks to order and manufacture the windows, but the appointment for installation was set up for exactly when they estimated the windows would be ready. On installation day, we were initially impressed by the care the installers took in laying down drop sheets throughout the house to keep things clean. It was apparent that the installation crew were professionals as installation took less than a day for 5 windows + patio door, brick-to-brick installation. Most importantly was the quality of the fit and finish of the installation (finishing trim, caulking, cleanup, etc) Very pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again to do remaining windows and doors in my home over the next few years.

We are very pleased with the quality and service from Galaxy, right from the initial contact with Dmitri, meeting at Window City, through to the installation by Constantine and crew. Windows and door are through Window City and they look just great. Total of 16 windows and one patio door; brick to brick replacement. The price was very reasonable. Installation was done as promised. Crew did also did a good clean up job afterwards. We highly recommend Galaxy without reservation.

Sales rep Dmitri was very helpful and thorough and made recommendations which suited our desire to keep the home looking as originally built. The windows were installed without incident by very efficient, tidy and courteous installers...all in 1 day. professional company on all fronts.

I originally called Dmitri in 2013 for a price on my windows as they desperately needed replacing. He came out and provided a quote and then I decided not to do the reno then. I called him again in July and started the ball rolling. I was doing other projects as well and they were great about working within my schedule and letting me know when the windows would be delivered. The day of the install they were there on time and worked throughout the day. The installers were professionally and friendly. The answered all of my questions and immediately my house changed. They needed two days to install so many but they worked with me on different trims and I can't be more please. I am warmer - or cooler and the house is so much quieter. There was an error in the window delivery and Alex and Dimtri solved it, installed the panels of glass that were incorrect (with my permission) and then came back a couple weeks later to replace them with the correct panes. Overall very professional, friendly and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if I needed to.

Yuri is the fastest installer in the World. We called him crazy! (in a good way). He finished installing 15 windows, a Patio door and building a new bay window in two days.

I needed to replace all of my windows, patio and side entry doors, and called Galaxy Windows for an estimate. Dmitri came over to provide me with an estimate, and from the very start, Dmitri was very professional and was able to deal with all of our questions in a very calm manner, never making us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We went with the Hometech series for our windows, which are of very high quality and overall beautiful windows. We even went with Dmitri to Hometech's manufacturing site, to see the windows/doors 'up close and personal'. In terms of installation, I was very impressed. Alex and Vlad worked very hard and did an outstanding job with the installation...They came when they said they would, and completed the job in 2 1/2 days - exactly in the amount of time they had estimated. They were very professional, and really paid a great deal of attention to detail during the installation, never cutting any corners and really taking pride in their profession. Dmitri also dropped by a couple of times during the installation, to ensure everything was being installed as per my expectations, which they were. He even followed up the next day after the installation was completed, to check in and ensure that I was 100% satisfied, which I was. I would without hesitation recommend Galaxy Windows to anyone needing to replace their windows/doors!

My parents were looking to have all their windows and door replaced and had a few companies come to give a quote. My parents were really impressed with Dmitri as he provided advice and recommended size of windows based on the non standard window sizes that were in the home. Right away my mom knew she wanted Galaxy to do the work. From start to finish both Dimtri and Alex kept my mom in the loop with the progress of the ordering to the installation . My mom had some concerns and right away they were handled in a professional manner. My mom is extremely satisfied with her new windows and door and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Galaxy windows.
