We had a great consultation at our house that was so informative and the installation was a breeze! In two days the job was complete and looked amazing. Very happy with this company.

We had new windows installed in our home. Dmitri was great at explaining everything. Alex and Vlad were very polite and did an amazing job cleaning up after the windows were installed. Great customer service from everyone at Galaxy.

After getting quotes from several different companies my husband and I were both very impressed with Dmitri. He was very experienced and clearly valued our business. The price was very reasonable.

Before I made a decision, I got another three quotes for my windows replacement. Finally I choose Galaxy windows as Dmitri is experienced and professional, he brought many pictures and even a small window to show me, he answered my questions and his quote is reasonable. i ordered 6 Awning windows, 2 casement windows and 1 bow window . the installation was efficient and organised, I’m very satisfied with their work. Alex, Dmitri and the installation team were great to work with! Very responsive and timely, from start to finish. Out realtor recommended Galaxy Windows to replace all of the windows in our house to prepare it for sale. Alex the manager was our point of contact. Dmitri came to our house the next day to show us pictures of their work (before and after) and a catalogue of window choices. His advice and guidance were much appreciated. Then a window technician called to set up an appointment to measure the windows. The windows were ordered, and six weeks later the windows were installed. Installation of eight windows and a patio door took one day. Dmitri and his team of three installers were on time, professional, worked quickly, undisruptive as possible, and used tarps and cloths to keep the dust and debris off the floor as much as possible. Alex sent an email with a checklist of installation preparation which was very helpful. Alex and Dmitri keep in touch with us throughout the process and were very accommodating trying to keep their clients happy. We are indeed very happy with the new windows and the entire Galaxy Windows team, and recommend them to everyone!

My family and I had just recently moved into a new home in the summer of 2017. Unfortunately, as most of the windows in the house were original and in poor condition, they urgently needed to be replaced before winter arrived. We decided to obtain a quote from Galaxy Windows, who already appeared to have a stellar reputation on HomeStars. We originally met with Dmitri and were very impressed by his confidence, knowledge, and amount of information he offered. We also considered his quote to be very reasonable considering that his covered almost all the windows of the house including the patio door. On the day the job, we were met by Alex and Vlad who proceeded to quietly go about their business and completed the entire job in one day installing top-of-the-line windows with breathtaking quality. They also took great care to protect the floors and clean up thoroughly upon completion. Not only were we impressed by the overall quality of the whole job, we should mention that Dmitri and company were absolute gentlemen when it came to following-up and correcting a minor mix-up with the locations of a couple of windows (that’s life and mistakes do happen!). This now seems insignificant considering the general professionalism, quality and timeliness of the job.
