Galaxy Windows

We are more than satisfied with the services provided by Galaxy Windows. Dmitri was excellent at explaining all our options as well as the pros/cons. He didn't try to up-sell us on things we didn't need (like new trim) and kept our best interest in mind with the most energy efficient options. The installers were friendly and efficient, they covered the floors and cleaned up after themselves. They had to take down some christmas decorations to get to the balcony door but they were kind enough to put it back up for us. They went beyond their duties and were great. thanks guys!

Dimitri came to provide the quote, we had already had a few quotes so i didn't think this quote would take too long. Well the initial meeting and quote took about 2-2.5 hrs. But i'm glad it did, Dimitri listened to our needs and ideas and provided a bunch of ideas of his own. He made a ton of suggestions to improve our choices and to be honest we took most of them. Our windows are stunning, his suggestions and the hard work of the installers Vlad and Alex that put in a long day to get everything done. Price was reasonable and very competitive compared to our other quotes. We had 8 windows and the front door done. Would highly recommend.

Galaxy Windows was recommended to us by our Son and Daughter-in-Law. We had a number of quotes from other companies but were not satisfied with the price or quality of the windows. We have many large windows 68"x 61" so we thought it would be hard to get the price and quality we wanted. Fortunately, Galaxy Windows came through for us. Dmitri was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He gave us the price that was within our budget. The windows were ready to be installed earlier than the date were quoted. The installation crew was on time and were able to complete the work in one day. We definitely would recommend Galaxy Windows to our family and friends. We will be calling Galaxy Windows when we are ready to replace our remaining windows on the main level.

This is the second time we have used Galaxy Windows and have been very satisfied with both the price and service we received. The quote was very reasonable and the team arrived on time and finished the job entirely within a day. Very impressive. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Galaxy Windows to anybody needing new windows.

Had 7 front window replaced. Alex came over and even had a small display model. No pressure to buy, we liked that. His crew came over on time and were done in half a day. Very happy and would use them again

The window installation team arrived earlier than scheduled and went right to work, removing the old windows. Six windows in bedrooms and bathroom were replaced within hours. The crew was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of personal property.

The only downside is waiting months for the scheduled installation date. However, it was worth the wait. I'll have them replace the rest of my windows, in the near future.

Overall we had a great experience with Galaxy Windows. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Our new windows look great and the house is noticeably warmer with the new windows.

Dimitri and Alex have always done an amazing job of helping select the windows I want and installed them in a professional manner. They put down drop sheets and cleaned up after the work was finished. This was the 3rd project I have hired them for and have recommended them to others and will be using their services again when I finish the remainder of my windows and replace an old door.

The windows are what we expected - installed on the date agreed to.
The installers were only two men - compared to a neighbour who had five with the company they used.
These men knew what they were doing - tried very hard not to make a mess or damage anything.

They have good quality of products, the workers knows what they were doing, very professional and have done a good job. The window frame definitely are way better than my old one, they are easy to clean and maintain.
