Windows replacement was a big project for us. We were referred to Galaxy Windows. Dmitri , Alex and their team was extremely professional right from quoting us , explaining our options with respect to different types of windows and executing the entire project. They were proactive through email and phone reminding us about the upcoming installation and what we needed to do before the installation date . Well done !!!

Alex from Galaxy windows was very professional, explained the quote and the work. Everything was completed & installed on time as discussed. They were very responsive to all our questions. The work was completed within the allocated time and done well. The new windows / patio look great and work well.

When Mike came to install the windows we were extremely satisfied. He installed 24 (mostly large) windows in 2 days, including beautiful flashing around our front baylike (not true bay) windows. His work ethic was incredible. We are extremely satisfied with everything from the beginning quote to installation.

Galaxy Windows was awesome to work with from start to finish! The team had seamlessly and efficiently replaced all of the windows and doors in our house in just under three days and the end result was fantastic. I waited 2 years to write this review because I wanted to make sure these windows were good and reliable. We live in thornhill.

We changed every window in our house before a whole house renovation and 2 sliding doors. Alex came for the consult. Was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a no nonsense quote which was reasonable compared to other estimates. We went to their showroom later and he met us there and showed us the windows that were going to be installed.

So we went with galaxy.

The installation day took 2 days and the workers were great and did a good job.

Its been 2 years now and no problems no leaks no problems.

I called them 1 year later when I noticed some of the caulking had split and within a few days they came and fixed it. The split was a nothing problem which I could have fixed but I thought I call them and they were on top of it.

I am usually skeptical of everything and everyone but Alex, his team and the windows impressed me

The front door is next and I look forward to calling Galaxy as well.

However, two weeks later, we started to doubt our decision. We reached out to Alex to see if we could change the colour. He was very understanding and returned to assist us in selecting the perfect colour. It took about two months for the windows to be installed. After the installation, we were thrilled with both the colour Alex recommended and the professional work his team did. We have already referred two of our relatives to Alex and his team. I recently had my windows installed by Galaxy WD, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly, from the first in home visit about what I needed, to getting everything measured up, right through to the final fitting.

Dimitri, who helped me out, was fantastic. He really cared about making sure I got the best windows for my place. He listened to what I wanted and gave me some great advice on what would look good and work well.

The installers were brilliant too (as they were the same people who also did the measurements which meant they knew what they were dealing with).
