Galaxy Windows came and replaced 3 of our windows that desperately needed replacing. The company was great at getting back to me when I had questions about the project before our window installation. On the day of installation the installer was friendly and very efficient. They put down drop sheets so that my carpets were protected and cleaned up all the mess that was made from removing my old windows. In no time at all he had taken out and replaced my windows. I am very pleased with how the windows look (especially my front room which I always am looking out and was awful) . I wish I had contacted them sooner so I could have been enjoying the view years ago!

I have found about Galaxy Windows from colleagues at work who have used their services. I have contacted them for an evaluation and I found that their prices are very competitive. After we have agreed on the price, models to be installed and estimated delivery they have done measurements a couple of days later.
They have delivered the windows about a month sooner than estimated. The windows are of a high quality and they match perfectly what we have agreed. Installation was fast, with absolutely no mess left behind.

We originally approached our 24 window replacement project almost 2 years ago. We had done plenty of research and were looking for quotations when Covid hit and put everything on hold. In May of 2021 we resumed the project and again sought quotations.

When he visited, he followed proper mask protocols and was very informative in presenting product options for us. There was never a sense of pressure, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. His price quote was very competitive, actually on par with some of the pre-Covid estimates we had. His "late fall" estimate for installation seemed fair, given the size of the project and the supply chain challenges. These factors, backed with excellent company reviews, supported our decision to go with Galaxy Windows.

The anticipated two day installation went incredibly smooth. The two installers actually completed the entire installation in one day! Following Covid mask protocols, they were friendly and respectful of our property. The workmanship appears to be very good, particularly the caulking. Our home was left tidy and clean. The only issue we encountered, was the interior trim of one of the windows had a slight dent and scrape. Alex has assured us that this will be taken care of. We consider this is a minor issue, given the scope of the project (24 windows and 1 patio door).

Thanks to him, we do not spend money on something we do not need.
The whole process took two days. Alex (the technician) and Eugene were very professional and super friendly. They were just like a small army troop, very efficient and also played attention to details. They covered all the working areas and picked up every single bit of garage afterward.
We got two new windows 2 years ago, but the Galaxy ones are better, especially the glass, by just looking at it you can tell the difference. They really do block more noise, and they are very clear (it almost looks as if there is no window).
In a nutshell, the whole process starting from reached out to Alex until it done; it is very pleasant and comfortable. My wife has already mentioned to her friends that if they want to change windows, reach out to Alex first before calling anyone.
