I checked it is time to do duct cleaning. Thru HomeStars, I found Canaduct Duct Cleaning. Arrangement was made fast and stafff came and start working right away. He was super polite and very well-known to what he does.

We did all vents, bathroom vents and dryer vent.

I called Canaduct for cleaning the ducts and dryer vent of our new home. Previous owner of the house had no idea when such cleaning had been done before. RJ did a great job, right from providing the clear estimates upfront to coming in time (within 2 hours window) to doing everything in a perfect manner. I could not have asked for more. Great combination of reasonable price and high quality, will call them again next time and recommend them for sure!

The service was excellent and thorough! It included duct cleaning, dryer exhaust, toilet fan exhaust, furnace cleaning and sanitization. They came on time and were efficient. I would use them again!

Hi, I called in for Duct cleaning and they agreed to clean the ducts, Furnace coil, AC outdoor coil and also two dryer vents for the price of $400.

After coming one of the dryer vents goes via the attic and he does not want to clean it and was asking for $150 just to go to the attic to clean the dryer vent which is part of the package that was originally agreed.

Also, it was agreed to clean the AC coils in the outdoor unit. This was also not cleaned saying the temperature was cold. However, the temperature outside was around 11-12C

However, the outdoor AC coil was not cleaned and instead, he charged $100 extra finally for going into the attic. So the $400 job ended up as a $500 job where the outdoor AC coils are never cleaned. I would expect them to stick to what was agreed for the amount and not demand once in the middle of the work.

It was a rush service too. Think twice before calling CanaDuct for duct cleaning. The floor was also left dirty and I had to clean myself.

Canaduct should not be charging excess $100 in order to complete the Dryer Vent cleaning that was originally agreed in $400
