M&R were recommended by a friend, they gave a comprehensive and professional quote, did the job on time and worked long days to complete the job. I am satisfied with the work.

We needed a replacement to our roof at the front of the house which was 20+ years old. The quote was very reasonable but the work was not completed until 2+ months later. We were quite satisfied with the work and they were quite tidy in the work area.

We would have rated higher if the work was completed on a more timely basis.

We had a very dire roof situation and while we had a few weeks to wait until we could get it done, M&R were very responsive to us and provided some stop-gap fixes until we could get the roof replaced. They were very quick, professional and worked a long day. The roof looks great. They even fixed an issue technically on our neighbour's property that impacted the curb aesthetic of both houses.

Our garage roof was deteriorating majorly and m&r were very responsive, helpful and reliable. We had to modify the plans/timing and they were very flexible. The roof looks great and now are set for the winter.

M&R Roofing was competent and professional and worked very hard to complete our roof in two days. They worked long hours (8am-9pm) and were thorough, tidy and polite. They also installed a skylight - which came with some complications - but were responsive to our questions and requests for slight modifications. While it took several weeks to schedule them, we were really pleased with the end result!

The individual that provided the quote was very friendly & agreed to begin the work within 2 weeks, however the work was not started until a month later. We had to follow up several times for them to come to finish the job. The individual became very rude & was swearing on the phone but the work was finally completed with the exception of the eavestrough which they said they could not complete right away because they were too busy.

They did an excellent job, the communication with respect to timing, cost, and exactly when and what would be done were top notch. The flat roof on our semi-detached home needed some work and M&R was recommended to me by friends in the neighbourhood. I got a detailed quote within a day, the timeline was set up and the work was completed efficiently and on budget. Excellent service and highly recommended.

This spring we decided to have our 40+ year old flat roof and decaying pitched roof / mansard replaced. We ultimately chose the M&R team and were very satisified. Having received numerous quotes from other roofers, we found the M&R inspection / quote to be by far the most detailed, especially in terms of how our new flat roof would be installed and upgraded. We ultimately had M&R redirect drains, install new ABS piping and install tiered insulation to eliminate ponding issues we were experiencing. I have been on the roof a few times after downpours and the new drainage system is working wonderfully. The crew worked tirelessly, often until well into the evening and ensured there was a proper clean up after each night.
Our neighbours have given us lots of compliments on our new roof and I have already recommended the M&R team to a colleague.
If you need a new flat roof, I highly recommend giving M&R a call as they were able to identify and fix a number of issues no other roofers (most of which were also highly recommended on Homestars) even noticed during their inspection / quote.
