Sinco Marble and Granite Countertop

We are extremely happy to find Sinco to do this job for us. We've been looking for a 84*42 inch slab for kitchen island. Sarmen recommended a few options(different type of stone) and quoted on the spot when we visited Sinco for the first time. We went back and put down our order for a granite slab. Sarmen came to our house to double-check the measurement that we provided. The installation by Sinco team was professional and quick. It is beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

Made and installed a quartz countertop for bathroom vanity in my condominium in Toronto down-town. Easy and straight forward communication, they provide advice with selection and get you a product that you want and do it in quick lead time, great expertise backed with a lot of long-term earned experience, broad knowledge and excellent trade skills, reasonable cost, good responses to any question, willing to make an extra step, recognized a potential problem with faucet installation (too big with respect to the countertop and sink sizes) and suggested multiple solutions on the spot, do what they say, deliver on time with high quality (neither unexpected delays nor surprises), countertop installed nice and easy in 30 minutes, completely won my trust as a customer. Responsive, prompt, and quality service. Sent a request for service for our kitchen sink that had become unglued from our quartz countertop. Sarmen responded quickly with a detailed explanation of the work involved and quote. Upon contacting him shortly thereafter, he came by the same afternoon. He professionally re-attached our sink to the countertop in which our sink and our attached faucet are working like new again.

We had the laminate kitchen counter (and sink) replaced with Hanstone quartz Aura. We also had the upstairs bathroom countertop (and sink) upgraded to quartz.

This review is long overdue. Sinco Granite was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. From choosing the slab with Sarmen and his father to the installation, I knew I was in good capable hands. This is a true family artisanal operation, from purchasing to measuring and installation, and their prices are highly competitive. Sarmen also went the extra mile and found a way to undermount an apron sink that wasn't designed for undermounting. It looks beautiful, and I highly recommend this company.

We contacted and had Sinco do some repair work in our condo unit that had the sink detach from the bottom of the granite countertop (the sink was originally installed by another contractor hired by the condo's original builder). Artoush of Sinco was very friendly and provided great service at an extremely reasonable cost leading up to the service installation date, which was booked on very short notice given my situation.

On the appointment day, Sarmen did an excellent job on the sink reattachment. He works very meticulously and thoroughly with the cleaning of all the surfaces, silicone application, stabilization, etc. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, answering all of my questions on the way the sink failed/detached, tips on the granite countertop's condition, and steps he was taking to secure it to not have a repeat of the previous situation, including securing the sink with epoxy (which the original installer did not do).

Sarmen and his team did an excellent job. They have a full range of samples in their workshop and showroom. Sarmen came by, took the measurements, explained available options and answered any questions I had. He gave me competitive quotes for several options. Within a week of putting down the deposit, he and his team came with the counter top ready and installed it in less than 30 minutes. They are professional, quiet, clean, and very quick. I was very happy with the end result.

We requested a quote for a quartz countertop, and Sarmen came out to take measurements and provided a quote within days!

The installation took place a week later, with the undermount sink installed and a hole cut out for the tap in situ.
