Painters Plus

We found Painters Plus on Homestars, and after receiving 3 quotes, all rather similar, we went with Painters Plus based on the great person they sent to quote us, the fact that the quote was emailed to us, and the general professionalism in the first few interactions. The work completed was excellent quality and we are very happy with the fact that it was done when it was actually scheduled to be done (no delays!), it took a reasonable amount of time, and every person we dealt with was professional and friendly, and pretty accommodating on any requests. I will definitely use Karin and her team again, and feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone who needs their home exterior painted.

I typically do not write reviews, but it was important to write this review for 2 reasons (1) I contacted painters plus because of reviews I read on here and i wanted to provide a review for others who may also be looking for a painter(2) they did an excellent job and were very accommodating.

I called Karin (the owner) on a Saturday evening, by Tuesday they had someone at my place to assess the work required - he was very knowledgeable... Advised on key parts of the condo that required touch ups, which walls we could us as accents walls and did not try to up-sell - which I truly appreciated.

Karin was also very helpful with my color selection and emailed me when she had additional questions about the colors I had selected.

By Friday they had a painter here on time as scheduled and Karin was in hand to show him the work that was required. She also dropped by during the day to ensure he was on track - I appreciated that she was very hands on and made sure the job was done properly. Everyone I communicate with on their team was very helpful and very warm and jovial. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who requires a paint job for their home.

After some hunting around and quotes from various folks, I settled on Painters Plus to paint my new apartment. I chose them because of their reputation, and a fair balance between price and speed (it was important to me that the entire apartment be painted in a day).

I had never hired painters before, and so I had a lot of questions about what to expect and what I needed to do, and both Karin and Tamara were very helpful and patient with me as I asked a ton of questions, even via email.

On the day of the job, the team arrived exactly on time, with everything they needed for the day.

I'm very impressed with the qualify of the painting that was done, and with how friendly and efficient the painters were during the course of the job - would recommend them to folks any day.

The quality of the job was excellent. They painted our condo and then returned to paint the front door and repair to ceiling of master bedroom. We found that everything was satisfactory.

We hired Painters Plus to paint half of our office. There was a lot of back and forth on what we needed to have done in our office. Jason came in to do the work. He was very friendly and helpful and was willing to assist with everything. Definitely a great review for him. There could have been a better job cleaning up after the work was done. When we asked why the area wasn't cleaned up, we were told that the painters would typically look for a vaccum on the site and didn't find one. We were not told ahead of time that this would be the case and assumed that it would be left in a tidy state after the work has been done. There were also some paint stains in some areas, but we had someone come back in and take care of this. I think the company could have been a little more prompt and proactive in letting us know if they would be late, as it effects our business and arrangements need to be made to let our staff be aware that painting is taking place to accommodate for their clients. We were satisfied with the work with the painting and Jason was very accommodating. I think it could have been organized a little better.

Painters Plus Inc did a great job. I didn't find any difficulties dealing with your company during ‎the performance of the painting project. Any issues were resolved within reasonable timing and they got the work completed.

Karin and her team did a great job with my condo. They were up front and honest about their costs. I was very happy with the finished product. Thank you!
