I just want to thanks Memar design staff for their wonderful design for our cottage in Blue Mountain. They were a great support during the whole process from design to the completion of the construction, and by using their expert contractors and suppliers we got a fantastic result with a lot of saving.

We hired Memar Consultants to do second floor addition and interior alteration for two houses in East York and Scarborough. khalid and staff provided us with professional services due to their high knowledge of the building codes and the city requirements. The staff is so helpful and excellent. They deliver everything on time and respond for any inquiries immediately. We would use them for any future designs and permit services and we would recommend their name to our friends.

Khalid and Sean were both tremendously helpful and courteous in getting drawings done, submitted, and quickly approved for our interior alteration renovation in the junction. They really know how to navigate the city approval process, and they proved to be flexible, responsive, and competent throughout the process. Great guys.

We hired Memar through a contractor to design and prepare the permit drawing for our rear addition.
The team was responsive and organized, they assigned a job captain to our project whom we could access at any time and ask question.
They meet us in few occasions for pre-design, design and revisions and helped us to utilize the design and the layout.
They use a 3D model software that lets you walk through the building before it is built and imagine the space before it is built.
They responded to the city questions and requests for additional information in a timely manner.

We were having trouble getting our town to approve our contractors drawings for removal of a load-bearing wall. We contacted Memar Design to have the drawings formalized and re-submitted to the town on our behalf. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted incredibly quickly. Better yet, the plans were approved just as fast!

We would definitely recommend Memar to anyone in the same circumstance. They obviously know what they are doing!

We were having challenges with the City getting a permit on our porch due to a lack of clear directions. When we realized we needed extensive drawings we reached out to Memar. Khalid was amazing in getting back to us quickly, clarifying the process, ensuring we got our drawings in a timely manner and ensuring we got the permit from the city. we hired memar design for our interior alteration to our house. They helped us to create an open concept house by openning up walls and underpinned the basement for a heighr ceiling height. They did a timely mannered job and they were very responsive. We worked with Hamid on this project, he was a knowledgable and experienced person

Memar consulting has very professional staff, that answer every quistion and do the job in timely maner.
We bought the old house that did not have the lot and hose plans and when we decided to build the addition to the house it was in the City Hall requirement for the building permit. After several apointments with estimate of the job, we selected Memar consulting as more flexible with reasonable price as we did not want to go for the full design and construction price at once.
