Supreme Custom Shutters

I am impressed and very pleased with the service I recieved from them. Supreme's staff are very friendly and professional and I am really happy with my beautiful shutters in my windows. Cost comared to other quotes I recieved was significantly lower and quality of produsts is great. Installation was really fast and was done with professional installers. I recommend whoever needs shutters go with Supreme since I had a very pleasant experience with them.

I was impressed with Supreme Shutters. Derek was able to cut the cost of material and installation for shutters on my main floor literally in half in comparison to the other quotes I received! They were installed before promised and the quality is good. You won't find a better price for wood shutters.

Unable to explain how dissatisfied I am with Supreme Shutters.It was a terrible experience dealing with them. Appointments were cancelled more than 20 times, Ruined our family weekends waiting for their emty promises to show up. Calling them so many times but no resolve to the date of installation. From a 2 weeks quote, it became about 7 months and no action. Took a deposit first but refused to return it after 7 months of hagling. Some of the bad reviews here surprised us. We used Supreme Shutters in our last house in Stouffville after getting quotes on site from 4 companies, and their price was best- similar to one and significantly lower than a couple. Decided to use them, and were very pleased. When we moved to Ballantrae 4 years ago I called Derek and we used them again without hesitation. No other quote needed. He did almost 50 windows, 3 with fans above, plus garden doors. We are very pleased with his work.and even more with his price. I do recall that he works all over the gta - Maybe some of the delays are due to distance, We live just south of his home base but we had no issues apart from a week later installation. We will be calling him again within the next month to do our new place up north. No major issues at all with them. And like the other reviewer I too am on redflag and mentioned SS reco there long ago. Not sure how someone gives a "0", and why on earth the other person with the bad rating would call them again if they weren't happy first time 'round. Highly suspect. But Derek if you see this, I'm still waiting for my 2 free little basement windows :) but that was just a last minute throw in comment, so I'm not that fussed.

Derek was most professional, installation was done before due time neat, tidy a fraction of the cost of 4 different quotes. Work came out better than I expected. I would be using them and recommend them 5 out 5 for best service.

Used this company 7 yrs ago for the initial installation of my wooden shutters for my new home. Not happy with the quality or the turn around time & installation. I called them back about 2 mths ago to get quoted on some more shutters for my home but they never called4 back! Do not recommend..

If you like late deliveries, production delays and horrific customer service, then sign up for Supreme Shutters. "Over-promise and under-deliver" should be the motto of this company, which made my family wait for their shutters for almost 2 months! Stay away!

It was a nightmare dealing with supreme custom shutters. Appointments were cancelled, calls were answered but no conclusion to the dates when the shutters were going to be installed. From a 10 days quote, it became 45 days. Please check Redflags deal to find out more about their service. I am not the only one complaining. Instead of being apologetic, they blamed us as to why we were in a rush...... hello ... 45 days.... that's 4,5 times more than what i bargained for.... Mind you, they came recommended from friends .... would never want any one to go through what we have been through especially when you have a new born. We had to wait for them for 3-4 hours and have them tell us that the appointment has been moved to the next day. a night mare is what I would describe their service
