Basement Renovation review in Mississauga

If it was not for the 25 year warranty product Orlando and Jerson offer, my marble would be at risk of not having the chance to last until I wanted a change. Being forced into doing a renovation is always awful. My bathroom is larger than most folks and I know I pay alot more because of the heated marble but it is only worth it because of this insurance policy of the 25 year warrantied tile installations. Would you buy an acura then drive it without insurance? I don't think so. Thanks Estezo Estates for your 300 month warranty. Good luck guys.

We want to thank your father as well for all the long hours he committed to our project. Your design Jerson was beyond anything we could imagine for ourselves and our home. We feel like we moved into a bigger place. We will reffer you guys everytime! BTW will have you bring Mario back to paint the whole place again in a few years time. Bye for now!

All the wash faucets in both bathrooms were changed for a reasoable price and in a timely fashion. The staff at Estezo Estates takes after their proud owner Orlando Estezo who takes the time and care to walk his customers through every step of any project, no matter what the size. It was a pleasure working with you sir and we will have you back agian soon inshAllah.

We called Estezo Estates to build the centre's Shed. We wanted something big, but at the same time vynil or plastic to sit firmly on the concrete pad. They came out the next day with the product we wanted and put up that shed in the same day. Thanks guys!

We recieved a flyer at our door in late summer 2009 from ESTEZO ESTATES Inc. Soon after calling, Jerson Estezo met us at our home to give us a free in home consultation. He was obviously knowledgable and quoted a very reasonable price.

We needed three bedrooms refinished. The parquet in one room was badly damadged in some areas and a number of pieces needed to be replaced. Jerson Estezo personally fixed the damadged areas and then sent in a crew to sand, stain and finish all 3 of the rooms with 3 coats of seal. As soon as they were done, some of the ESTEZO ESTATES Inc. staff came by and installed the baseboards.

Even though it was a small job, it was done on budget, on time and with meticulous attention to detail and quality.

My husband and I are happy to recommend ESTEZO ESTATES Inc. and have since hired them again to renovate our basement.

Company Response: Julie thanks for your warm review. It was a pleasure working for you guys. The before and after of those floors are definately a phenominal change. They look brand new! I personally do not like this type of wood product, but I have to say the dark walnut looks soo sleek I wouldnt mind having that in my living room, let alone my bedroom. Looking forward to future projects!
