I was very impressed with Jay, the technician Bosco sent out. He educated me on my furnace was very respectful of our home. Even my dogs liked him.
I purchased this for 34.00 from Wagjag and all I paid was the HST

I was delighted that a service person actually took the time to educate me and encouraged me to watch what he was doing.

At one point, I asked him if I needed I a new humidifier filter, which would have been an extra charge, he said no.

I have had bad experiences with HVAC companies in the past. It is refreshing to have one company that was both honest and wasn't trying to rush out the door.

Unbelievablly customer centric Service. We called Bosco to help us as we were freezing in our home with the furnace not working. Within 3 hours on a Saturday Jay Cha (Tech) had arrived, with booties on his shoes to service our broken furnace. Jay was knowledgable, friendly and really helped us out in a time of need.

I just wanted to send a quick note regarding the service work that was done at our house. Last night Mr. Aurelio came to our house to inspect our main drain that was backing up. Mr. Aurelio was very professional and made my wife, children and myself very comfortable with the work that was to be done.
Mr. Aurelio told us the crew would arrive in the early morning on Saturday(today) to start the work. The crew was also very professional and hard working Mr. Aurelio also arrived early to make sure the work was done and spent the day discussing the issues with my wife and myself.
I wanted to say the Bosco Plumbing did a fantastic job and we would recommend your company, excellent customer service and a great work ethic.

I requested a routine furnace inspection from Bosco. However, after the technician arrived and did a very thorough inspection, he found some problems that frankly, had never been seen before with our other routine inspections. He showed me cracks in the furnace and dangers involved. We required a new furnace immediately. This was a Friday and long weekend. Joe G assured me we could get a new furnace the next day. Nick installed it Saturday morning in record time. Joe came back twice to make sure everything was a-ok. I like Bosco because of the customer care, quality service and competency displayed from Joe G, and Nick throughout this entire emergency situation. You do get what you pay for.

I had Bosco Home Services come to my home for a furnace check up. The technician, Tom, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful in answering all my questions. At first, I noticed Bosco was a little more expensive than some of the other companies I looked up, but I am very glad I decided to go with them. The extra money I spent was well worth it. Of all the yrs. I've had service work done, this is the first time anyone's wore floor protectors on their feet to protect my floor. Tom also gave me helpful tips on how to keep my energy costs down.
