We have received prompt responses to all inquiries. Phil did an amazing job of the installation. He was very professional, paying attention to detail - a true perfectionist.

The sales rep Rino was consistent and understanding as I had reached out to him but had to wait on funding for the project for several months. He provided in depth explanations of the products available, costs and options.
The set up was completed by Phil, he was efficient and understanding when working on site. He had a limited window of time to complete the project and worked very diligently within this time frame.
The tech follow up was efficient and completed through email and over the phone. It may be difficult for someone who is not Tech savvy to complete some of the user instructions requiring downloading programs and setting up multiple log ins but the system works quite well.

Rino the sales person was extremely professional and answered all my questions with expediency. The only thing was when the cameras were installed that's when I found out they have to drill 4" holes and I have to hire someone to patch them up. The installers we're also friendly.

Excellent work. Have been with New Age for over 14 years and three houses. Service has always been great, very well informed staff, great customer service and support.
