Thank you for your great and honest review of your surveillance system. We focus primarily on Axis, Arecount and Mobotix and Milestone IP surveillance systems because of their reputation for producing professional grade surveillance products. We cater to all levels of technical understanding and can provide technical support as needed. Although quite intuitive, there is a learning curve with even the most user friendly Video Management(VMS) Software on the market. There are a few APS that will need to be installed on any smart devices you would like connected to the system, we provide Remote Specialist for tutorials as well as sending written instructions so that our client will have the ability to connect new internet enabled devices with their system as they are purchased. We are however, always available for remote support and can walk clients through the process in the future as required.

We make every attempt to educate our clients prior to installation. One of the criteria on our checklist is to inform the client that, at camera installation holes may be necessary. We also notify our clients, that new age can provide a professional to patch & paint (at additional cost). I apologies if this was missed. Please let us know if the company can assist going forward.
