Richard, Simon and team recently did a main bathroom reno for me. The crew I had were extremely hardworking, punctual and it was great that they were respectful to protect my floors. Richard provided many great design ideas that I would not have otherwise. It was helpful to have his ideas and advice on which bathroom fixtures, tiles, etc. to choose from and it was great that he did all the leg work. He also provided great tips for the project along the way which was great. He was on time and on budget. I would definitely not hesitate to use Richard in the future.

We had such a wonderful experience with Richard and his team while they retiled and painted our 2 upstairs bathroom. Richard's team were professional, friendly and very fast. We absolutely love our new bathrooms - thank you Richard!

We just celebrated Thanksgiving with our family in our new kitchen/living/dining room. The space is beautiful and functions perfectly! When we look around it is hard to remember the space with the walls, old tile, valances, and plaster ceiling. It has been an amazing transformation and we could not have done this without the expert advice and guidance of Richard, the design skills of Jennifer and the workmanship of Simon’s team. Any issues or questions that arose were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The bathroom project also turned out beyond our expectations. The tile and fixture selection looks spectacular (thanks again to Jennifer) and quality of work is evident, thanks to Paul. While the bathroom was done quickly, there were no compromises in terms of quality and the site was kept clean and safe for our children and pet every day. It was a pleasure to work with Richard and his team on these projects and we would gladly recommend him for high quality, professional work. We wish Richard and Jennifer all the best for their upcoming wedding!

Richard reno'd our condo and did a great job.He has good design sense, got it done on time and on budget! The results were what we were expecting. He had to deal with the condo board (which was not easy to deal with) when we were away, and he kept them happy. A good guy to deal with.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the wonderful job you did for us. I

was very impressed with the workmanship and dedication of your team. Most

renovation jobs these days seem to end with a horror story – this was as

painless as a renovation could possibly be!

From the start, you and Alan came up with great ideas on how to improve on

our ideas and to get the job done more efficiently. All of the other contractors

we spoke to simply priced what we asked for and offered no suggestions for

improvement. Some aspects of the job were somewhat difficult, from

rerouting the electrical panel, changing the support beams and venting

system to the plumbing changes and intricate tiling work. You returned every

phone call and email promptly, solved every minor glitch along the way, the

crew was on time every day and everyone was pleasant to deal with.

As they say, the proof is in the pudding. As we use the space now, we can sit

back and admire it all without having to look at flaws or imperfections in the

work. Not only have you restored our faith in contractors, but you have shown

us that true craftsmen still exist in this city! All in all, you provide an

exceptional package that I would not hesitate to recommend to any of my

friends or family.

A long over thank you to Jennifer and Richard for making our beautiful and functional kitchen! We are thrilled! We are able to entertain and visit with friends, without being tucked away in a corner! After years of countless quotes and plans, I called Richard. It was the best thing I could have done! They got to work, first fixing the shoddy work of the previous contractor and then set to work to create our amazing kitchen. They literally held our hands through every step of the way, which we greatly appreciated!
I can’t wait for Jennifer to design another space (basement and bathroom) and Richard to make it all happen.
