Replaced a patio door and two basement windows. Cleaned up after themselves really well. Good crew

Excellent workmanship by the installers. Some issue with the original manufacturing of four sets of windows. I kept one set, despite the fact that the window set was not as ordered. I had to send three window sets back. All four window sets were manufactured with two or three identical windows. My order was for window sets with a picture window with one or two narrower windows. Landmark corrected the error with minimum fuss and no extra cost to me, so I am very satisfied with Landmark Solutions.

We had eight Windows installed in June 2016. Five of the windows do not open more than halfway. After being pressured we signed off on the financing with the promise of getting the issue fixed. It's been over a year of chasing this company and absolutely nothing has been fixed and we are now paying for windows that don't work. We haven't heard anything in months. The company and its service is absolutely disgusting.

Jeff & his teammate were prompt. They worked as a team & did a great job. As with most projects,there have been 2 call-backs, which have been attended to ASAP. All of my questions were answered. A final word of praise. I did not hear 1 swear word! Thanks guys!

Had a few different company quotes ended up going with landmark ordered in May. Just called for an update sound like might get in September. Hope worth the wait as the 2 companies I didn't go with were cheaper and would be in by now :(

Installers were on time. They were quite polite. But it seemed to be a fairly quick at it and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.

Installation was perfect,good guys knew what they were doing. The appointments were double booked and the measurer did not know what he was doing and the wind-bag sales rep sold us something they could not do and only offered a petty price adjustment when they backed out of a large portion of the work they were to be doing. The project managers can't do any more than a receptionist when a customer needs some help.

The crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were efficient, courteous and very knowledgable. I had already used Landmark for my front door and a few other windows and will definitely call them when I replace the rest of my windows!

Pros - Doors and Windows look great. Sales and Installers were nice.

Cons - 3 ripped screens, front door trim is improperly installed, installers used my garage to do their work (without asking) and left it a mess. Found garbage stuffed behind my tool box. Garbage (silicone tube) left on the ground in my back yard.
