The guys who installed the windows and door were very polite they did a very good job, they just need to pay more attention when cleaning up outside I have found lots of screws and small pieces of tin which would hurt if anyone is walking around in their bare feet

They came early and installed the windows in the allotted time frame. Great workers who are dedicated to their job and the work they do.
It shows in the finished product.

They cleaned up as the went and I will soon have them back to finish the the other levels of the house.

In Nov. 2009 we had four med/lg windows, a large dining room window and a huge living room window replaced. The others in the house had been done previously. The living room window was also changed to become a bow window instead of a plain, flat window.
The installers worked very quickly, safely and cleanly and finished in 3-4 hours. The windows all looked good and were well sealed. All we had to do was paint the modifications needed to convert the living room window to the bay design. Definitely outside their scope of work.
A year ago (2019) one wall of the house shifted a bit and created a small gap on one side of a window. I called about it and a technician was sent out and he adjusted the window at no charge.
In May 2020, I had a medical emergency that required the police to break into the house. Surprisingly, the only damage was breaking one of the night stops on one of the new windows. I called and explained to Sandra what had happened and asked about buying a replacement. It seems they work in pairs and she sent me two replacements at no charge so I could change them myself. I didn't think a technician needed to be scheduled for something so simple.
I would highly recommend this company for new windows. The new windows were ready a week earlier than estimated, installation was very professional and they have stood behind their product.

Great service from Sales Staff, Office Staff and Installers. I would recommend Landmark to anyone looking for all of this.

Firstly, when I was contacted to set up a date for install, I was told it was tentative, which was expected, due to the pandemic. However, I expected a confirmation, since it was tentative. But I received no confirmation and was unable to reach anyone at Landmark. My calls kept going to voice mail and then I would be told that the mailbox was full. So I was caught off guard and unprepared when the guys showed up to do the installations. However, we forged ahead. At several times, it seemed that there was a great lack of communication or understanding between the sales person and the installers. And I had no call/email/text from Landmark to say they were coming? To confirm that they were there? To confirm that the job was completed? etc? No communications. This made me uneasy. I think you need to work on your communications between your departments and to your customers. Moving forward, now, other than an email to tell me about the financing loan, no other follow up to discuss options for payment of this loan. Again, lack of communication! You really need to work on this! Otherwise, the installers were wonderful. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up most of their mess. I was a little disappointed that the trim on the door did not meet the same width as my old trim, now creating another job for me to do -- repaint. After being assured, many times over, that once the installations were done, there would be nothing more for me to do. No touch ups, nothing. That was not true. Again communication between sales and installation.

I was really satisfied in the way that Landmark was flexible with coming to do our quotes (multiple cancellations on our end due to inclement weather), the way they simply agreed to delay installation due to COVID-19 in the early days of pandemic, and their speed in setting it up once everything started to open again.

The contractor that they sub-contracted for installation was phenomenal. He and his team made me feel comfortable, even when I was wracked with anxiety about a hole being cut in my wall! I would highly recommend that team for any installation. We love our new windows.
