This is the second time we have had Old West Windows in to our home to replace windows. And as with the first experience, it was professional and efficient. They replaced 11 windows and completed the new trim in one day. And the men were all pleasant and very professional. I have recommended Old West to others and would do so again. Great service.

Old West came to our rescue again! After replacing most of our windows and front door- Rick and the guys added a garden door to the back of our home. We love it! Again they were professional, punctual, personable and tidy! Thank you again guys!

From the first email to the final payment and even follow up afterwards I found Old West Windows & Doors to be excellent to work with. They are very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional and experienced. Shauna is always quick to reply to emails and Jeremy and his crew did a great job, very impressed with them placing mats down throughout the house to keep the carpet clean. They even went above and beyond to take pictures of some siding damage that resulted from the old windows failing to help me get rolling on those repairs. Their prices were competitive, try to get the 15% off in July like I did! I'll be going back to them when it's time to do the master bedroom windows next year.

We have a house built in 1958. The windows were the originals. We wanted to replace them for energy efficiency (lower heating bills) and to increase air flow in our home. Cory came to do the quote and I immediately felt impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the product and process. The people working at the office were great and I had lots of extra questions that they were really patient with answering. the work crew was polite and professional. They completed the work that day and did a good clean-up afterward. I love the new windows. We are very happy with them.

This was our 3rd window replacement with Old West. And it certainly will not be our last as we continue to slowly replace our old windows with new efficient ones. As an estimator, Rick was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. The installation crew were more than friendly, also very patient and kind with my kids who were very curious and probably in the way. The office staff was receptive and accommodating with our schedules. Each project has been so easy and seamless with them. A great company all around.

We had a great experience with Old West right from our first consultation through to the installation. Rick was very knowledgeable about every detail of the window spec right to the installation. He took the time to walk us through all the options and ensured that we were well informed. The installation process went very smooth. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They took great care of protecting our floors and cleaned up after themselves. The final product looks great and we look forward to replacing the remainder of our windows with them in the future.

We were impressed right from our initial meeting with Cory. He went through our home and made suggestions on what windows may work best. He wasn't pushy, and his estimate arrived promptly.

The durabuilt windows took longer to arrive than expected however this was outside old wears control.

The install crew was very professional. They covered all the flooring. You can tell they care about proper instal. When the crew is talking about the window needing to come in a 1/16 of an inch, you know they are doing a good job. Voids between jambs and studs was will with spray foam, the exterior was expertly clad in aluminum and caulked with a high quality flexible caulking. The trim work was also expertly done. Mitre joints are so tight, they didn't need caulking ( though they did it anyway to make it look ever better)

I did a lot a lot of research before hiring a window company due to it being such a costly Reno, and I can't say enough good things about this company

I had another quote done before I called Old West Windows & Doors. I really liked the fact that Rick was so knowledgeable as I have a 105 year home and wanted to keep the character of the window frames. His staff installed the windows and they are exactly what I was looking for. I will be using them again when I get the other 3 windows done. Very good company to use.

I had three estimates done and Rick stood out with his knowledge and making me feel at ease. The installation was done very well, quickly and the clean up after was excellent. I would recommend Old West and will be using them again when it's time to do the next set of windows.
