Old West Windows And Doors Ltd No Longer In Business

We were very happy with Old West. The installers took the time needed to ensure each door and window was installed right to the specifications required. They were polite, thorough, and diligent. Rick was very open and transparent during the quoting process and we appreciated dealing with an honest company. Would definitely use them again!

Great job, again! Had them in last year to do most of the windows, this year had them back to finish the kitchen and our big bay window. The bay window was going to be tricky -we knew that Old West were the ones to do it when the quote was the only one that came with a plan on how to tackle it. Bit of an issue this year with setting the day for installation - for some reason, they set a date but didn't bother to tell me when it was, until I happened to call the week before. And the date they scheduled didn't work for us due to other conflicts, so it ended up taking longer to get them installed than I would have liked. But the guys doing the work were amazing, again. Despite the scheduling issues, I'd still recommend them.

Due to an insurance situation, our back door had to be replaced. We decided to upgrade our pain door to one with a window and inner blind. We love it !! We were very happy with the product and the installers. Excellent service!!
We are thinking of replacing our front door now. We would certainly deal with Old West again!

Rick always gives great advice as he offers us his quotes, and I appreciate the time he takes to detail his quotes before he delivers them to us later. There is no high pressure sales pitch with the offer and hassle to cancel later like other companies do these days.

We have a garden door with a handle that's just a little loose, making it difficult for small children to use it. Mike came, and when he determined he couldn't fix it, ordered us a new one.

We have 7 windows left, and plan to have Old West do them all!

The installers were excellent. Our job included enlarging the door opening to accommodate a 6' door. Everything was finished perfectly. The quality of the door is great.

Service provided on time and with full clean up afterwards. Small hole in screen replaced next day with no hassle. Would highly recommend to friends and neighbours. Very satisfied with service.

Their quote was competitve and we were impressed with the quality of their product. The warranty on installation was the best we saw. Rick, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick and easy. The only issue was some minor scuffs left on the wall. We were lent a ladder so that we could remove them. We are so pleased with our windows!

Replaced 4 windows, upgraded to triple glazing. Noticeable difference in noise levels from outside and very happy now to have the low e coatings, much less heat coming in and cold going out.
Old West were similar in price to other quotes but we felt Rick to be honest and trustworthy and more informative about what to expect with the installation process. The installers were great, very tidy and unobtrusive. We would definitely recommend and use them again.
