Old West Windows And Doors Ltd No Longer In Business

This is the third time I've hired Old West Windows to remove windows and install new ones. The staff and crew members are professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Working with Old West Windows and Doors to replace my front door was a pleasure from start to finish. I got great guidance in choosing my door. It was ready within the timeframe I was given and installed on a day that was convenient for me. The guys that did the install were friendly and knowledgable. They were on time and very efficient. My new front door looks great and I paid substantially less than the quote I got from a competitor.

Old West was very professional right from the start. They provided the information we needed and did what they said they would do. I most appreciated that they came when they said they would. The workers completed the work on time, and they were courteous and respectful of our home. Old West did a fantastic job from start to finish. Thank you.

We have been renovating our older home for the past 8 years. Over this time we have hired a lot of different contractors for various jobs. Unfortunately, we have grown accustomed to accept mediocre as the norm. What a surprise it was to see the workers from Old West Windows & Door Ltd. arrive on time and remove our old door and side window and install the new ones with precision and care as if it was their own. They were meticulous to detail! It had to be perfect, and it was. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived.
The door and side window look amazing! I really can't express how happy I am with the product and the installation.

We had all the windows replaced in our house and we are very happy with the result. Everyone we dealt with at Old West, from Rick who came and gave us a comprehensive quote to Shauna who helped answer our questions, were knowledgeable and helpful. Our windows were so drafty, and after another cold winter we decided it was time for them to be replaced. We were so happy when Shauna called us and said that the windows could be installed sooner than we had hoped, while we were on vacation. We came back to a much newer looking home (the windows really helped update it and the house seems brighter) that was also clean. Thank you Old West, considering some of the other renovation experiences we have had, this was a very positive one.

Old West Windows replaced our upstairs windows at our house. Rick was out to do the measurement and quote and is very professional. The crew showed up to replace the windows on time and were very courteous. The crew was quick and efficient at replacing the windows and disposing of the old ones. The finish of the windows on the exterior was excellent with no damage to the stucco. The Jeld-wen windows have performed very well and we are very happy with the results.

Rick and the gang installed a new patio door in our home in Coventry Hills about 3 years ago, great job, excellent door. So it was a no-brainer to have them back again in August when we needed a door installed to a new deck off the master bedroom. Corey and Mike took great care to protect the new deck and were quickly able to open up the wall and install our new door and sidelight. It looks great and the guys did a super job of making it look like it's always been part of the house. Tip O' The Hat Guys!

We called OWWD because they had provided a great service a few years back when we replaced 5 windows at this property. We were not disappointed this time either. From first contact to final product we were treated as valued customers and our time and budget respected.

This time we were looking at window replacement at 2 properties.
I was told that the windows at the first property did not need redoing, just glass replacement. How wonderful to find a company that is out for long term rather than short term gain. It's how I knew we had made the correct choice both this time and last.

The 2nd property window replacement was completed before agreed upon date (yay!), it was done quickly, professionally, respectfully and on budget with no extra costs.

I have confidence that the product and installation will be superior as the windows done a few years previously have had no issues and still look good as new.

From our first contact with Old West Windows & Door, to the estimate, and throughout the installation, we had nothing but A-1 customer service. We are extremely happy with every aspect of our experience and would not hesitate to use Old West again in the future and will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends!
