We are only half way through our development and PLANiT has performed beyond our expectations. They are tidy, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. From sales, to site supervisor, office staff, designer, contractor, have been professional and on time. Budget is never an issue because everything is worked out in the estimate. Once the estimate is finalized, anything extra that you choose to add or change to the original plan is paid for upfront. There is NEVER s question of them needing more money for this or that. It is made clear right at the initial consult. I for one appreciate this approach because I know exactly how much this project is going to cost.

Wow is all I have to say about PLANiT Builders. By far one of the best experiences I have had with a builder! Everyone I dealt with was professional right from the quote stage through to hand off. Murray was extremely quick getting all of the quote paperwork done up and explained thoroughly all of the options available for the build. We had sign off and the project was rolling in under a week! A couple of competitors couldn't even get me a quote within a week! Once construction began the site supervisor, Mark, was phenomenal, he worked within my schedule to discuss any issues on the site or delays and always made sure I knew what was happening and when. There was a minor delay on the garage door due to a shipping issue but Mark did everything possible and mitigated as much of the delay as possible. Overall I am extremely satisfied and have already recommended PLANiT to a few people looking for a garage. I will definitely be using PLANiT for our basement reno this winter.

We were impressed by all of the team members - from Don and Sonny who never applied any sales pressure, to Arnold's design and to the friendly office staff. We just had our basement finished by Planit Builders. I would recommend this builder. The price quote we received at the beginning was very specific, which was great as there were no surprise expenses. I appreciated that when the quote was built, it was done right in my home. I was able to make on the spot additions or deletions to my wish list and see instantly the changes to my price quote.

The design process was very thorough. We enjoyed collaborating with the team to come up with a beautiful, functional layout that could be flexible as our family grows.

Most of the trades were top notch. The few problems we had were handled professionally and quickly by our very engaged site supervisor, Patrick Card. Patrick was great to work with. He contacted either myself or my husband every day (no small feat as we are both shiftworkers) to ensure we were happy with the progress.

Planit Builders exceeded my expectations on developing my basement. My new townhome basement space is approx. 347 sq ft. They took that small space and made it big. From the planning stage to the execution and finished product Patrick Card (Site Superintendent) brought vision, style and professionalism. He delivered on time a space that benefits our lifestyle. We are very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them!!

I think I may be one of PLANiT Builders' first clients in Edmonton but I can tell that they've perfected their procedures in Calgary before they moved here. We're only half-way through my development but so far everything is perfect!

The salesman, Sonny, was able to give us a quote on the spot, detailed down to the penny and it just got better from there. The plans were done quickly and professionally, permits were pulled, and the selections appointment was very professional too! (Suprisingly, a lot of options! I was able to match just about everything perfectly!)

We're in construction now, my site supervisor Beau has kept us well informed, answered all our questions and concerns, and all the trades are respectful and very good at what they do.

We're so excited to have it done. (So far we're running ahead of schedule even!) My Man Cave awaits!
