Natanael and his crew did our whole home reno about 8 years ago. Since then he has been our go-to for all home reno projects. He recently replaced a sink vanity in our bathroom. As usual, Natanael went above and beyond repairing and painting drywall blemishes and replacing baseboards where needed to meet his exacting standards. Everything was done quickly, professionally and spot-on the estimate he provided.

We hired P&P General Contracting to complete a basement renovation which included a new bathroom, storage, office and new flooring throughout. Natanael, his skilled team and his trades were excellent through the entire process. They provided daily updates, were on budget and completed the project on schedule.

Our house is over 90 years old and we were expecting some surprises which made us nervous about the project. Natanael and his trades were quick to identify potential problems and offered very reasonable solutions that kept us at ease. The quality of their work was well above our expectations and we are very happy with the process and the results. We will happily call P&P General Contractors for all future work and look forward to working with them again.

My wife and I decided to hire P & P to renovate our entire basement. We thought that we might as well go all the way by finishing the crawl space, laundry room and cold room at the same time. Natanael and his team worked hard everyday. They showed up on time, cleaned up after every shift and finished a beautiful basement for our family to enjoy. Here are a few reasons why I choose P & P to renovation our basement. I met with the owner to discuss the project (Natanael). He provided a very detailed quote that was sent by email. P & P removed all the old insulation and installed brand new insulation from wall to wall. One company was only going to insulate the bottom half of the basement and leave the existing insulation. P & P didn't rush through the project and took as much time needed to complete the project. I wasn't a fan of companies claiming that they could finish my basement in two weeks. It's not about finishing the project fast, it's about the quality. I liked the idea that P & P uses vinyl flooring instead of laminate. And lastly, Natanael and his team were kind, respectful, considerate, polite and professional. They all were wonderful to deal with and we will forever appreciate their time and service. They have given us a basement that our growing family will enjoy for many years. Natanael, thank you for sharing your talent and giving us a basement that will create many good memories. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals, and Nat really does great work. It's always scary trusting your home with people you don't know, that's why I felt at ease with P&P as Nat came in with his insurance paperwork, a list full of past clients as references and a detailed breakdown of the quote.

He worked with the city inspectors to legalize my basement and bring it all to code. Everything worked out just as he said it would, and now I have passed all the inspections.

There was no garbage to clean up, they showed up early each day to start work, and they were easy to communicate with. Photos wouldn't do justice for the work, as the basement needs painting, professional cleaning and possibly staging (for renting) - all things outside the scope of work I contracted.

Nathaneal did a great job in installing wood-look porcelain tile in my sunroom. He was efficient but payed great attention to detail in ensuring that the tiles were laid and leveled properly. He was open to my input and kept me informed on how the project was progressing.
It was a pleasure dealing with a contractor that respected the customers time by arriving on time each day. When the job was done, the premises were left clean and all debris was removed.
I strongly recommend P&P and look forward to having Nathaneal perform other home reno projects in the future!

Natanael and his team were excellent!

We decided to reno our basement as we were expecting another child and needed the space quickly. Natanael responded almost next day after contacting him to get us a quote and it was the most detailed and most reasonable.
Once we decided to go with him, he scheduled his start date within only a week or two and had people working here almost everyday full time to finish a week ahead of schedule.
Natanael and his sub-contractors were all great to work with, accommodating, and practical. They always cleaned up, even going out of their way to thoroughly clean our old washer and dryer until they looked like new.
Natanael was always in contact with us and we never had to chase him. The quality was great, and any issues we had were taken care immediately.
We love our new basement and would recommend P & P to anyone.

We live in a 100 year old Toronto semi. Our small basement was a disaster and a huge challenge for us. We thought it was hopeless. Natanael saw the potential and had a vision for our basement the first time he saw it.

Natanael and his team are very hard workers. They showed up early every day and worked non-stop. They had the job done in less time than was originally quoted (5 weeks). They were friendly, polite and always tidied up. They even cleaned our windows and our basement after the job was done!

Natanael was always in contact. I never had to chase him down. He answered my questions and always kept me in the loop. I found him to be incredibly honest and kind. You can tell that he really cares about what he does and takes pride in his work. He is SO organized.

We LOVE our new basement. The pictures do not do it justice (i couldn't take pictures of the main room because it's full of our boxes at the moment, but trust me, it's beautiful). Natanael managed to give me the storage I wanted, including a pantry in the hallway. They completely rebuilt our staircase, and we absolutely love them. Our bathroom is stunning. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend P&P.

Natanael and his team recently completed a big project on our home – removing multiple walls, installing beams, new floors throughout the main floor, new railing around the staircase, building a new bathroom, all new drywall, insulation, pot lights, etcetera – basically they redid most of our main floor! We are incredibly happy with the results!!!

Natanael and Antonio were amazing: On budget, on time and super thorough!

We basically reno'd our whole house. Main floor gut, designed and installed a new kitchen, new framing and insulation on the main floor, new stairs, all new new floors on the first and second floor, gutted the main bathroom, new doors and windows.

The quality of work is great. Natanael and the team take a lot of pride in making sure things are done right and the results show it. We are super happy with how things turned out.

As with a lot of old houses, space was limited. Natanael was flexible with different options going into the reno, and provided ideas on how to best use the space. He was also really great and always made time to discuss ideas together so we were comfortable and confident about decisions we were making.

He's great at keeping us in the loop, so we were never surprised. We communicated all the time, and he was really responsive and quick to answer all our questions. We always knew how the project was progressing and what would be happening next so that we could plan ahead and had time to think about decisions before they happened.

His crew is so polite and tidy! When we moved back in half-way through the reno, we were always amazed that the site was so tidy. It was really appreciated as we lived through the last few weeks of construction.

The team is fantastic - if we knew a reno could be so smooth, we would've called Natanael's team a long time ago. I have already recommended him to several friends and I will definitely be asking him to come back to help us with our basement!
