Glass Doctor Of North Vancouver

Had some sealed units that were fogged up, called these guys and made an appointment. They showed up on time, removed their shoes and were courteous and knowledgeable! They defogged 7 sealed units of which 6 worked the other 1 did work but I wasn't happy with it, but no problem they refunded the money towards the re[placement of the sealed unit just like they said! I will definitely use these guys again for sure and will recommend them to everybody that I know!

Used again after a good experience, but would now not recommend them. I had to follow up multiple times due to lack of communication, invoicing was haphazard, their misunderstanding resulted in an extra charge to me and missed work that had to be made up later. They gave me a discount (of about $20), so overall the glass cost wasn't bad, but the professionalism was lacking.

Outstanding service and quality! They came and removed the (floor to ceiling cracked) sliding mirror door, replaced the mirror at their shop, brought the mirror back AND installed it for exactly the price they quoted. They took off their shoes and even cleaned the mirror before they left! Highly recommended.

Hi, I had to replace some old glasses due to cracks in the old glasses. I hired Glass Doctor of North Vancouver to help me replace it because I heard good things about them. They came and helped me replaced the glasses in a reasonable time and cost.

These guys are awesome! I got a ding in the windshield of a car that wasn't mine and needed to get it fixed right away and they were very friendly and said i could come right in. When the very old windshield cracked despite their best efforts they didn't even charge me. i was so impressed with their service that I wanted to take the car back there to have the windshield replaced even though it was out of my way and they offered to drive me to work so I didn't have to take the bus in the rain. They did a fantastic job on the windshield and did their best to get me a deal. This place is like going back in time to a small town business where everyone smiles and treats you like a human being instead of a credit card. They definitely deserve your business.

Gotta say that these guys did a fabulous job. Although they ordered the wrong glass, it was better than what I originally requested, so no complaints from me. Friendly salesperson (Allen) and staff. If I had another shower, I'd call these people again. ;)
