I just wanted to respond to the previous poster about how the posts might be fake because everyone mentions the movers' names. I laughed when I read it because looking back at all the posts, including mine back in April 2010, it IS funny how they're all so similar. But I have no doubt that they are all legitimate since mine was. The reason why I mentioned the movers' names in the post is that when you spend a whole (long) day with people that did such a great job, you kind of want to mention them to give them recognition for a job well-done. Also, I probably wrote my post just after reading other people's posts and subconsciously just followed the pattern of mentioning the movers' names.

We are so glad we used Agility for our recent move. We were nervous based on horror stories you hear on the news. When I phoned to get a quote, I was spoken to in a very professional manner. David was clear with the pricing and explained everything very well.

We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (w/no elevator) to a 3 storey townhome with lower level. Al, Richard and Phillip showed up exactly on time and hustled to move the items from the apartment. When they arrived at the house, they didn't waste any time unloading the items. Not one item was damaged nor the recently painted walls.

From start to finish, the entire process took less than 4 hours. They were very reasonably priced and worth EVERY penny. I highly recommend Agility and we will use them the next move we have. Thank you!

It's interesting how just about every review mentions the movers names and sound like they are written by the same person. Can we hear from more actual customers please.

If these are true then this choice in movers rocks.

We were hesitant to hire movers due to cost and all the horror stories, but hiring Agility movers was the best decision we made for our move. The booking process was easy and we didn't even have to give a deposit like some companies. I called a couple days before and confirmed our move with no issues. I also got the company to confirm that they wouldn't take any payment until the last piece of furniture was in the house, which they gladly did, and confirmed in writing. Again, very different from some larger companies who require some payment before they will move any of your furniture into the new location. Robert, Phil and Shawn called me on their way to the house on the morning of the move and arrived early enough to position the truck, place the runners, and take us through the contract details. They were professional, polite and efficient. All items were either shrink-wrapped or wrapped in blankets and nothing was damaged in the move. They even finished within the minimum amount of time. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, skilled and reasonably priced movers!

We recently hired Agility Moving to help us with our move from a condo to a house. Richard, Robert, and Al showed up on time, worked extremely hard, and were very respectful of our belongings. Not a single thing was broken, no scratches on any of our furniture. I highly recommend Agility and would not hesitate to use them again!

We have never used a moving company before and this first experience was extremely positive. Phil, Al, and Robert were on time, efficient, and very professional and they treated our belongings as if they were their own. Throughout the move they were very polite to my husband and I and worked very well as a team to get the job done. All of our furniture and boxes were placed in the appropriate rooms which made our unpacking job much easier. We will definately recommend Agility to our friends and family and would use this company in the future. Thank you!!

17 August 2010 The 3 guys who showed up yesterday to move me phoned ahead a 1/2 hour before the scheduled time to say they were on route and would be there in less than 20 minutes. They were friendly, pleasant & polite and got right to work. These guys were fantastic not only taking care of our belongings, but their profesionalism really showed in getting some of our large furniture down a very small and narrow staircase. I can't say enough about these guys, I would not even think about using anyone else.

We had 2 locations for pickup, a 3 bedroom townhouse in the York Mills area and a 2 bedroom apt in Port Credit and moving to another 3 bedroom town in Mississauga. Sean and the guys showed up early to assess the move at the first location and got right to work.
And work they did. These guys worked almost non-stop for almost 11 hours in hot humid weather.
No obstacle was too difficult and they never lost their sense of humour or good spirit throughout the long day.
I have already recommended them to friends and neighbours and would use them again in a minute.
Their rates were fair and accurate, and we received a numbered invoice on payment. They went out of their way to assure us they were an honest and legit business.

We hired agility movers for a move last week of May and everyone from Agility Movers (Dave, Shelly, Robert, Sean, Richard) were Exceptional.

The service over the phone when booking the appointments was excellent from Dave and Shelly and it felt like a 5 start customer experience. All my questions were answered patiently and I was given useful information.

On the day of the move Robert, Sean and Richard arrived 15 minutes early and their work ethic and passion for the job was outstanding. It felt like they were moving their own belongings and not that of someone else. Having heard of so many horror stories from friends about movers it was a very pleasant experience dealing with these guys. They give you the rate and a rough estimate initially and at the end of the day cost was very close to it. They did an exceptional job of loading the truck and tightly packing things and nothing was damaged in the move, which was a first for me.

If anyone in GTA is looking to move, I would suggest them first contacting these guys.

This was my fourth move in 10 years. I would rank these guys as the hardest workers I've had. The showed up early and worked through the day (10 hours) to move our 4-bedroom house full of furniture out of storage and into a house. They were very careful about protecting all the walkways and bannisters and nothing was broken in the process. I would definitely use them again (but don't particullary want to move again soon).
