Very friendly courteous windows were installed when promised windows themselves beautiful would definitely rider more from them much better than ordering from box stores

We recently decided to upgrade our large living room window in
our 1960 home. After comparing a couple of companies, we
decided on Ecoline. Our plan was just to replace the old windows as is. The salesman offered several options that would be more practical for the style of window which the other company did not. He explained that Ecoline's speciality was working with older homes and window replacements, and were experienced dealing with problems such as rotten wood, matching outside frames to stucco, and other problems that might arise with an older home.
This sold us on Ecoline. The crew was very professional, neat and efficient. We are very happy with the final results and knowing there is an excellent warranty should a problem arise gives us peace of mind.

The sales rep came to my condo amd sold me on their product, I had already had a few companies look at replacing my windows, ecoline didn't just match the price they had better price and had better product than any other company, installation went smoothly they were in and out in less than a day! Very happy, windows are very user friendly

Very pleased with the service and quality of the product. Professional, no pressure sales tactics, strong knowledge on house structural requirements for certain windows. Installation team was friendly, efficient and took care to remove and replace. Clean up afterwards was superb. Final inspection was detailed. Could have used a little Windex to polish the outside on the elevated window, but minor point. Would strongly recommend the company and Calgary team.

They did a Wonderful job from start to finish . Would recommend them very highly. Everyone kept telling me how good they looked. Couldn't believe how fast they did it .

From the very beginning we were impressed with Ecoline. The quote was delivered promptly and with a thorough explanation of the service and product and a walk-through of the entire house to plan how each new window should open to maximize airflow. No other company we called provided quotes as thorough.

Installation of seven windows, including enlarging of two openings, was completed in one day and the installers were very professional and communicative during the whole process. The inspector did a great job of explaining the operation and cleaning process for the new windows.

The windows themselves are beautiful, easy to operate, and excellent quality. I only wish we'd known how thick the frames between panes of glass are in the new windows. We would have enlarged more than just two of the windows had we know.

This is the second time we have had Ecoline replace windows in our home. The work was done professionally, efficiently and promptly. The gentleman who did the final inspection was very helpful and took the time to explain how the windows worked for cleaning and answered our questions in regards to window finishings.

I found Ecoline to be first class from start to finish. Pricing was competitive, the installation was very well done as was the cleanup. Their timelines were spot on, which made the whole experience very satisfying. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others. I plan to use Ecoline again in the near future on other window projects.

It was a 2 day job but the 2 installers worked till 8 pm to get everything done in one day!!
The installers, Andre & Sergii are fast, efficient, trustworthy & good ole hard workers!!!
Due to it being dark when they finished there are a couple of windows that need cleaning from the outside which they will look after.
I love the Windows.....they are simple yet elegant. They open effortlessly & are well worth the cost. The screens are easy to remove & replace....not like the "old" ones!!!

We had Ecoline replace our front windows, including 2 big bay windows, and were so happy that we got them back to finish the main house, including the back door. They were highly professional throughout the process, prompt and courteous and left the site clean and secure during and after the installation. Matan (project manager) was very helpful in all the advice we received to obtain the best results, and completed 3 very tricky windows in the kitchen and wet areas without any damage to existing tiling.The windows have stabilised the house temperature throughout the year, and have reduced the outside noise significantly, and added value to the street appeal of the house. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone interested in vinyl windows.
