Antoine (foreman) was very professional when he came to give me a quote. He spent 40 minutes looking over all the details and providing a quote. He then provided me with all the details and options available. He negotiated me a fantastic price and they came to complete the job in a timely manner. They showed care for our home and lawn and were very clean and tidy with their work. They were pleasing to work with and were very approachable to ask questions. I was very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend Done Right. If the rest of the guys are as great as Antoine then you're going to expect to get great quality and professionalism.

I contacted Done Right Roofing to have my eave troughs replaced on my home and detached garage. After a couple of hiccups re weather they have been installed and I am extremely pleased with the result. Brian and his assistant were extremely courteous and did a great job with the install and clean up. Thank you for a job well done.

The service was prompt, courteous, thorough and accurate. What was promised was delivered, and then some. From my initial questions to the friendly administrator who answered my call when I requested the inspection, to the friendly and professional response & summary from Darcy, everything was handled wonderfully.

I had a large number of quotes to replace roof and chose DRR for the job. It was a steep roof, so it was not a straight-forward job for the guys. In the end they did a good job from what I am able to see. There were some minor things that I asked to be remedied. They did an extra sweep with the magnet to make sure the nails were picked up, which was very important since I have a dog. The other two items (1 broken shingle and a large mark on the white siding from a shingle) still need to be taken care of, so I hope that will happen soon.

The warranty is great, and being able to transfer to the new owners was a feature for me in being able to sell my house this spring.

We have been extremely pleased with the exceptional service from the first meeting with Darcy to the completed project. Sarah in the office was fabulous to deal with. Installation crew were great and site site clean up was wonderful. From start to finish Done Right Roofing was exceptional! From our very first meeting, going our roof assessment, quote, installation and finally site clean up, we couldn't have asked for a better team of individuals. Although we initially contacted Done Right Roofing for replacing the roof on our house, we were so impressed with their quality of workmanship we decided to have our detached garage roof redone as well.

Showed up when they said and finished when they said they'd be done. The office always called to keep me informed of the progress of the project. Great communication and friendly service!

New roof replacement. Salesman Darcy was very professional and informative, even provided a folder with extensive information. Crew was very good, polite,quick, clean, and extremely efficient. Certainly an advantage to have a contractor that employs it's own crews. Done Right Roofing is perhaps not the cheapest option for a new roof but I feel the quality of the finished job was well worth it and would highly recommend this company.

I am very satisfied with Done Right Roofing (DRR) and feel that they provided terrific value. At a very competitive price, DRR installed a special synthetic with hail resistant shingles (impact class 4) along with new flashing in all the right places. As part of the project, they provided many extras that other roofing companies would charge extra. They were able to complete all of the roofing work (30+ bundles of shingles) in one weekend, yet the quality of their work appears to be flawless. They ensured that all resultant debris was cleaned up and that the associated stucco work on the chimney roof-line was handled by a very talented craftsman.

Before collecting payment from me, they confirmed that I was completely satisfied with their work. I feel that DRR went the extra mile towards ensuring that we will have no future issues with their work. The fifteen (15) year workmanship warranty (which is translatable) also provides me with peace of mind.

Given the quality of their workmanship and materials, I'm confident that our new roof will be problem-free for many years to come. As a result, I have been recommending Done Right Roofing to my neighbors as a preferred roofing contractor.

Everything was done in a professional manner. Darcy explained what they would do upfront. They did what they said they would. The crew was on time and the job was completed and looks great. Clean up was done daily and there was minimal disruption. Sarah handled the paperwork details and was a pleasure to deal with.
