Protech Gas Fitting & Plumbing

Protech submitted a prompt and detailed quote upon request for purchase and installation of an overhead gas fired heater for our garage. Work commenced within a few days and the two technicians who installed the heater were very knowledgeable about the unit and how it should be installed. We’re very happy with their work and would most definitely use them again. The city inspector commented that Protech does great work.

Protech installed a heater in my garage and was professionally done. There was a little vibration after the job but the moment I mentioned it to them, they sent some in to fix it. Great service Protech.

Protech ran a gas line from the meter to the garage, with a tie in on the deck for the BBQ, installed a ceiling mounted gas heater with full hookup. Work also included all required air intake, exhaust from the heater, and related permits.

The work was done in a timely manner and the job site was left very clean. We did have a concern later around placement of one pipe against the wall of the garage (to close for the stucco) which Protech corrected very quickly.

I would definitely recommend working with Protech. From the long list of trades we have brought into the project Protech is one of only a few I would engage again.

Pilot light kept going out on garage furnace. After inspection it was determined the thermo-coupling was defective. Item was replaced - Problem resolved.

We’ve used Protech multiple times with excellent results each time. They answer the phone, do the work when they say they will and don’t leave until it’s finished. Their work is very clean, nice lines, well supported, painted, leak tested and operated to ensure everything works. They take the time to clean up after as well.

They have also made suggestions on pipe runs and functionality for my deck that saved me money.

They might appear to be more expensive but I value the quality.
