I initially contacted three (3) Heating & Cooling contractors from Home Stars to provide me a solution and costing for lack air flow in my Triplex in Toronto; as I had an old mid-efficiency furnace. Out of the three (3) consultant; Irfan from A Plus Air Systems was able to provide me with the best and most cost effective solution. His customer service was great; but his honesty and exceptional knowledge is what made me trust him and give him my business. I financed at 0% a Trane high efficiency (97%) furnace. The installers were great, on-time and knew exactly what they were doing.

An amazing deal as it cost me zero out of the pocket and the borrowing cost was nothing. The Gas savings alone will reduce my costs by half.

You might want to take your business else where. Company technicians lack of basic training. Once the job require more professional approach they will probably fail and blame it on equipment. That what happened to me. Different technician was able to install the same equipment with no issues. The problem is the company still charged me twice for the same job. No customer service is available and when you try to speak to the manager you will find it very unpleasant. Some of reviews on this site tell similar stories. I guess I should have read them first.

Irfan is an excellent salesman, he did not push me to close, but was patient, and courteous in presenting detailed information. He was very detailed in describing the product with all the advantages that go with it

One of the best decisions I have taken with regards to home renovation was to buy the furnace from A Plus air. My existing furnace was very old and low efficiency.
